Walmart Supercenter

This location is well maintained and stocked. The parking lot is clean with no visible trash. This location can be a 4 or 5 star. Once management insurers employees obtain the knowledge, skills and competency to make their guest-shoppers feel valued and respected this can be a better experience and make more return customers. Some of the employees here are not very friendly and professional enough to say hello when they come within 10 feet of customers and ask if you need help. The last impression I got from the Walmart employees here is that everyone is too busy on their cell phones or huddle up in groups chatting amongst themselves, which is very evident in one of the photos I posted

Long story short the employees in ogp or online pickup are raciest number of occasions I’ve had problems with them and this was the final straw. I’ve gotten 3 orders from them before this happen no problem. This one time lady says she can’t give me the orders cuz I have a kid . I’ve been to number of Walmart and this was never a problem. Other occasion. I was sitting outside for hours no one came out with my order but came out with other orders . I look into the window and see two guys pointing and smiling. I went home crying because I felt bullied . If your of color do not come here !!!!

Its gotten worse and now they make you wait over an hour to get a pick up order but act like its normal. if its too much then reduce the number of slots that you can sign up for, otherwise the staff needs to have something different done. The inside of it is better then the other location and you feel a little safer and a lit parking lot, but there are changes that should be done with this location that needs to happen. I didn't appreciate being stopped when going inside with 3 kids and the lady with the walker at the door saw me get checked out with a store cashier, then decided to check my receipt for the whole 2 seconds she "looked" at it. after I spent how long searching which bag it went into, but yet let everyone else go past me. She didn't look for anything. Should have just kept going, but tried doing the right thing. Pick your battles a little better then you do, that's all I have to say. When ordering photos online to be done, would appreciate them being cleared out of my account online so they don't continue to notify me of having photos to be picked up when I clearly have already done so. The other day went to pick them up and they weren't there so had to wait for the guy to print them out again. This all happened within a month each time we go in. Managers, lets take this and start to learn from reviews and not uses excuses as dismissing real things that are going on. I'm sure the staff doesn't get paid much to be this motivated but something needs to change to make things more smoothly and more friendly to enjoy coming in there.

4 Stars? Yes, the reason for this is because it's very well maintained. Are the staff 5 stars? No! The staff are average at 3 stars but because of the location which is easy to get to and cleanliness of the store I am going to take a leap and give 5 stars. Please train your staff better though. Some staff are great but others are NOT SO GREAT. Train your staff and you'll have one of the best Walmart's in the country.

Walmart sold me a great 65 inch tv for the low price of 300.00 after taxes "" love it ! I've had multiple surgeries on neck and upper torso due to 4th stage cancer and the good people (employees) carried it and loaded it my car ... 💯 Happy # 5 Stars # iowa . Andrew M Costanza.

I’ve never been treated like a criminal in all my life…..until I went to Walmart. Well let’s just say the people that work at this establishment are a joke. If you work here, run. The management aka General Manager, didn’t care one moment about the issues at hand. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Get it together man.

Great place to shop! The greeters are of the best around!! Good check outs! Actual people working with smiles for the most part. One older lady isn't very nice and extremely bitter,but can't win them all with a smile. Definitely my favorite wally world over Bellview and L st
