Everyone was pleasant and Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable. Had a routine cleaning and exam. My concern is there's no dental hygienist there and Dr. Lee had to multi task doing people's job to clean my teeth, and feel like if the hygienist was there, Dr. Lee could have do a better job with my cleaning ..
It is virtually impossible to reach this business by phone. I have been trying establish myself as a new patient (using the ProSmile plan) for regular perio cleanings. When I initially called, about a month ago (Oct. 2025), I did speak to someone who told me that I first needed to come in for a consultation and I scheduled an appointment, but she could not tell me the cost. I encountered a schedule conflict and called there on Friday morning, 11/21. I left a VoiceMail message, but no one called me back on Friday or Monday. According to Google, the office is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm. On Tuesday, 11/24 (today), I called just after 8:00am, but reached VoiceMail. Ditto for ~3 other attempts before 9:00am. I tried to verify the hours on the website, but no hours are listed. I did finally reach someone just after 9:00am and explained why I was calling and my unhappiness that no one called me back since my Friday message and my difficulty at reaching the office today. The representative found my appointment. After discussion, in which she said that she was able to access my records from a 'sister' dental office, she related that she didn't believe that I needed to come for a consulation (which would be an out-of-pocket cost of $203 - although the website states the available new-patient special offer of exam, x-ray and cleaning for $99), but she would check. I was left on hold for a full 10 minutes before I hung up. For the next 30 minutes, I repeatedly tried to reach someone, but every call went to VoiceMail. They also had my phone number on record and no one called me. I finally left a message to call me after 2:00pm. It is now 3:00pm and I have not received a call nor have I been able to reach anyone - just constant VoiceMail. I am NOT happy! I did reach
Even though the people there were very nice, their services were less than basic. For the first time in my entire life after I got a cleaning, they did not floss my teeth or have me rinse with mouthwash. What’s more is that they do not give a bag afterwards with toothbrush, floss and next appt card. I thought all of these things were standard practice. My wife had the same experience. We will find someplace else.
I hate going to the dentist. Hadn’t been since I had a stroke 8 yrs ago. It was a great experience. I’m paralyzed on one side and the whole staff was very accommodating. Made me feel very safe and welcome. I had a cleaning and 6 cavities. The Dr. is really nice and funny.
Absolutely the WORSE dental practice ever. They need to be shut down!!! Their system is messed up and they will cancel you, if you don't confirm because they FINALLY want to pick up the phone. I made my appointment 3 months ago online. It was confirmed by the system. I show up on my appointment day and they tell me they can't see me because when they called me I didn't confirm. Are you serious?!?!? Absolutely disgusted by them. I will NEVER go back here again!
they don’t pick up the phone. On their website they Claim that you can make your own emergency appointments. When you really cannot. Well I need scheduling for requires an anesthesiologist. I called at least 10 times within the last 45 minutes and none of them were successful. All calls are made within Regular business hours. I could understand if maybe I called once or twice but no- I called over The course of 45 minutes and still no response. I believe that’s unacceptable for any medical practice Especially those who claim to be able to perform emergency procedures. Conserving my very first interactions are not positive- I’m going to bring my business and insurance money elsewhere
Worst dental office unprofessional I made an appointment for a cleanup and consultation. Made my appointment at 10:30 for the consultation and my second appointment for my cleanup was at 12. I get there. They have me waiting on the waiting room for like half an hour to 45 minutes then they call me back to do the x-rays in the process of doing my x-rays. I get a call that I miss my 12 o’clock appointment. I tell the lady no I didn’t. I’m in the back. I’m getting x-rays done. She starts laughing and tells me OK you’re fine then the doctor comes in tells me that I have to reschedule for the cleanup because I late I’m like no my first appointment was at 10:30 and my cleanup was at 12 and I was here. She tells me she needs to go to lunch and she doesn’t have time to do a cleanup so I tell her that’s not my problem. I was here on time and I took off of work for this so I want my cleanup. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager comes in. She looks at me. She apologize. I tell her why I’m upset she tells me the best thing that she could do is give me a closer appointment because they’re very busy so they’re very full so I tell her OK so that’s fine if I have to come back that’s fine but I don’t want the doctor to see me that I would like to see another doctor. She tells me that that’s the only doctor they Have so I tell her OK well can I get my x-rays so I could go elsewhere? She’s like OK. In the meantime, she gets me paper x-rays there are no good for use. Do not make an appointment here they unprofessional very and very rude.
