CDC Beauty Supply

I, usually come to this beauty supply store because of the prices and the customer service. However, I went this past Saturday and I noticed that there were no prices on the packages or anyother item in the store,but I guess that's the new thing going on these days and the customer service was aweful There was this woman and man behind the counter having a disagreement with each other and the man was just simply rude to the young lady and he seen apparently didn't care if the customers heard them. It was very unprofessional especially men behind the cash register. There was another lady that was looking at them strangers well. so I didn't purchase the item that I wanted because they didn't have it. I decided to go somewhere else... To me, it's very important that the employees be considered of their patrons. The man and woman both was loud talking and the guy didn't care if the people left because of of them he basically said that...not cool at all

I'm currently on a healthy hair journey. I don't have much knowledge about hair, but I know that mines is damaged. While me and my mom were browsing upon shampoo and conditioner for my hair.. a young gentleman by the name of Antoine approached us and asked us what exactly were we looking for. Long story short, he's the reason for this review. He was extremely knowledgeable about literally everything. My hair was covered, and he asked to see and feel it.. I have social anxiety really bad and he made me and my mom feel so comfortable. He was able to help me and her choose exactly what we needed to take care of our hair the way that we need to. He gave me recommendations and carried himself in a very professional manner. Also, I checked out the wigs while we were in there.. they had a huge selection and wide variety. Great prices. Friendly atmosphere! I've never had such a great experience in a beauty Supply store.

Well stocked store with many different types of wigs at a wide variety of prices. Also a large line of cosmetics and hair care products. But make sure you get there at least a half hour before closing time if you want to try on any of their wigs before you purchase one. The lady who knows the wigs and shows each one to you won't let you try any of the wigs on with less than a half hour until closing time.

We drive through heavy traffic and were told my friend couldn't try on wigs at 5:30 pm. Multiple people were in the same boat but to no avail. Second time I have been rushed out long before closing. Waste of time. Pretty upset. I don't need to be told it takes a long time to buy a product. Just politely warn customers the register closes at a certain time

Awesome service they do not hover over you. They allow you to search and get whatever it is you are looking for. Nice African American women greeting people. She did not greet me when I walked in the door but, she was nice and helpful to others.

I love this beauty supply store! They have a great selection & they are relaxed. Their Marley hair is only $5, as opposed to $6 at other stores. I’m definitely a frequent customer and I’ve yet to have a bad experience.

I was looking for a human hair wig and was happy with the selection at the store. Ferdie helped me picked the best option for me. He was a delight to work with! I’ll definitely be coming back
