Bright Side Dental

Had a dental exam, cleaning, and fillings done at bright side dental. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped me make sure my dental work would be covered by insurance. I love that they're open Saturdays! The dentist who did my fillings was very kind and gentle, I had no pain during the procedures and very minimal pain afterwards. They listened to concerns I had and came up with a care plan that works with my schedule. So far had a great experience.

We had a great experience here! Both my 5 year old and 3 year old felt comfortable and all the office staff & hygienists were very kind and welcoming! It was our first time and we will be making this our regular dentists office.

Horrible staff service to send the prescription to the phone. My wife visited today due to severe tooth pain. It was a long wait to get in and After the visit thee prescription was supposed to be sent over. She waited there to confirm that it was sent. The staff said that it shall be sent. However, it was never sent. I called back to check again after she returned home as they were closing at 1, again same answer , that it shall be sent over before they close and was never sent. Now the call to them going to voicemail and the emergency number mentioned in the voice mail is not being answered. Never recommend to visit in case of urgency. !!!!

It was my first time getting my teeth clean at this location, and it was overall a great experience. I arrived a little early, just in case I had to fill out any additional paperwork. They immediately took me to the back room — 15 minutes early. Everyone was friendly and patient. They got me in and out — way better than the one on Southfield.

Loved Dr. Nadine and the staff at Gentle Smiles of Livonia. Scheduling staff was warm and welcoming and easy to work with. Dr. Nadine fixed some pain and pressure I was experiencing and I am happy to find a clean dentist office in this area!

This office is so Amazing always there for you and knowing what truly is good for your needs and what you need done. The people are also so nice. Chris♡ is so knowledgeable and always understanding and gives the best advice and making sure you are totally taking care of, The front desk Maryann to Chelsea and Tiffany always so nice and helpful. Thank you for all your help

Great experience. Fast and convenient. Best hygienist I’ve had in a while and actually dentist that did my fill ins. Loved the energy of the place.
