I came in for a new crown and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I was especially impressed by how efficiently everything ran—there was barely any wait time at all. Dr. Nadine was wonderful. She was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The procedure itself went great, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a comfortable, friendly environment.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr. Nadine Husseini-Atoui and the whole staff. I’m still learning names being it was my first time but Alyssa and Pam were beyond understanding my situation. My son has autism and this was the first time he went without me I had an emergency. I’ve never not been in the room with him. He did fantastic and came home told me about the visit. He was calm and laughing about how his eyes watered from the shots. He was there 2 1/2 hours he has 4 temporary crowns. Any Mother who has a child with autism understands the daily struggles let alone a dentist. I couldn’t recommend them enough I feel so blessed the way they made my son feel comfortable and not judged. I hope another mother or father who has a child with autism sees this so they can experience what my son experienced. I’m so grateful to have found this dental practice. Looking forward to many more years to come.

After years of neglecting my health, I found Dr Husseini and her team and I am so happy that I did. Everyone here is wonderful- Jenn and Pam at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. They always work miracles to get me in when having an emergency and try to accommodate my work schedule, each and every time. The dental hygienists are super calming and patient. Cracking jokes to lift the mood and ease my anxiety but still very gentle and good at what they do. Then there is Dr. Husseini, she is a fantastic dentist and is always willing to listen to my conerns and needs in order to find the best treatment plan. She even sent a text to check on me after an extraction! If you are looking for a dental team that listens to you, cares about your well being and does top notch work, Gentle Smiles Livonia is the place to go.

This place is the most phenomenal, compassionate, flexible, and every other amazingly positive adjective I can think of. They seen me in my darkest hour with my sick son & helped us be the best & healthiest version of himself after! This dentist is more than a dentist, it is a family to the community. I drove 2 hours to get there & I'd drive 24 hours more to get them again! Thank you SO MUCH AGAIN! 💓

Today was my first day of service at Gentle Smiles. It was my assessment day and the hygienist has the best high tech equipment. My mouth ended up looking like mug mouth and I know this dental office will end up getting me looking great. I especially like meeting the doctor personally and having her share her desire to help her clients feel the best while at her dental office and certainly once you leave her office. You can tell she is committed to her clients by the investment of top notch equipment everywhere you look. Clean as a whistle. It was equally important to know that for extensive services I will not need to be shuttled or referred to another service provider, all needed services can be done from the Gentle Smiles location. Exceptional experience today!!! If I could give 100 stars I would. Pam is amazing and kind and will try to help you any way possible. I just Loved her.!! Dr. Nadine also very kind and very caring and was willing to help me with my situation today. Her office is out of my network, however when I have an opportunity to switch from my current Dentist I will be doing so. So happy to have found this office and their impressive staff and Dentist.

Dr. Nadine and the team were extremely genuine and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Alyssa introduced me to the whole team as well as the new technology they have in house. I was thrilled with my cleaning and the in depth examination I had with Dr. Nadine afterwards. I feel like this office more than others I have been to plays their part in educating me. Dr. Nadine was like an open book and explained to me the step by step procedure on an implant. I was introduced to many other options as well. Im extremely happy I found this office and would recommend this office to everyone! It will not disappoint!!
