Bravo! Dental

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! We came in for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning and checkup. We waited over an hour past our appt time despite only one other patient being there. They collected payment, took X-rays, and then told us they were closing for the day and that we’d need to come back another time for the actual cleaning … something I’ve never experienced at a dental office. From the start, the visit felt disorganized. We were asked to provide our insurance information multiple times, which did not inspire confidence. After deciding to switch dentists, we requested our X-rays and records be transferred to our new office three separate times, and they were never sent. As a result, we had to redo X-rays, costing us MORE time and money. We’ve since found a new dentist who was significantly more professional and efficient. I’d strongly recommend looking at RECENT reviews for Bravo and looking elsewhere before booking here.

Becky is the goat here y'all! She made me feel so comfortable & at home. They walk you through the process & they're the sweetest people. My original appointment was mistakenly set for Garland & they were able to squeeze me in. Would highly recommend y'all check them out. (To Becky: thank you for everything! You made this a great 1st visit)

Biggest waste of time. Waited an hour just so they could tell me that they don’t accept my insurance after telling me over the phone that they would just days prior. A whole hour!!!!! And there was only me and one other person is the lobby.

Update 11/4/24 Would never recommend. Extremely poor service overall in almost all departments. They are not customer-oriented and some staff are extremely rude unjustifiably. They also delete authentic reviews, even if it is a balanced review. They only want 5 star reviews posted that praise them because clearly they don't desire to improve. I did not enjoy my initial and overall experience here. It is very chaotic; the temp person that performed my x-rays was very aggressive so it was so painful and she did not care, and the first doctor I had didn't really listen when I tried to clarify an oral issue I'd been having. She seemed annoyed when I brought it up again (because her assessment didn't correlate to my explanation), plus her cleaning was sloppy with water being sprayed all over me (shirt soaked) and me being left by the assistant in an unpresentable fashion. However, against my own better judgement, I gave them a second chance and third chance. My second and third visit with another doctor who's name starts with L (since they don't like mentioning a preferred doctor and will use that to delete your post) was better. She is friendly and extremely thorough, especially with her explanations, recommendations and instructions for better oral health. She is the only person that redeemed this practice minimally for me. However, my second visit the assistant also forgot to do x-rays after my cleaning, so they called me once I got home requesting I drive back again and do it; again it is extremely disorganized there. The front desk is also not friendly. Most of them are dry or stone-faced when you walk up to check-in. Not a pleasant experience overall. Don't plan on ever returning.

Do not recommend. Father had appointment scheduled on 12-26-2024 at Irving clinic. The Irving clinic called me telling me they needed to reschedule appointment to Grand Prairie because the dentist was not available and I agreed to take my Father to the Grand Prairie Clinic on 12-31-24. I traveled from north Dallas to Grand Prairie to take him to his appointment and we get there at 9:44 because his appointment was at 10 a.m. the lady at the counter stated that his insurance was no longer accepted and he would be liable for the bill. I asked her why she didn't call us... she said she did and when I looked at my phone she had called 2 mins before I had gotten to the clinic. They should have called me the day before, or at least an hour before so that way I don't drive all the way up there and waste my time and I also took off from work to take my dad. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I also try to call to speak to a manager and they put me on hold and eventually just transferred me to an answering machine

Thanks to Dr Rungta, Becky and Vanessa, they made my first visit a great experience.

Dr. Rhonda is the best. She always sees me really quick, and she always gives me good suggestions and always listens to my concerns regarding my dental health. Not to mention how affordable bravo dental is. Thank you Bravo Dental Team!
