Blooming Cosmetics

I love the other Blooming Cosmetics and wanted to try out this new location. They didn’t have price tags so she had to facetime her boss, but they basically just said "I think it’s this much". I looked up the prices on amazon from the brand itself afterwards, and they were way overcharging. They basically slapped on prices for my over $500 purchase and offered no deals even though it was a big purchase. I came back, showed them the prices from the brand itself and she offered no price reduction or price match, so I just got a refund and left. She was friendly and their selection was good, but why wouldn’t I just buy from the brand online for less?

Amazing place with an incredible customer service. Me and my mom went to the store Yepo before thinking it would have more and better selection and they were so incredibly rude at that place. The girl working at blooming cosmetics on the other hand was sweet and very patient

I went here today and the door was locked even though the hours stated it was still open for another 2-3 hours. A couple more customers try to knock on the window which we were responded by the cashier side eyeing us and going back to talking on the phone. We stood there for another good minute until she finally walked up and unlocked the door and said "oh it’s locked". No apologizes or anything, just went back to speaking loudly on the phone. Didn’t asked if anyone needed help at all. I immediately went to the blooming cosmetics across the street and was greeted with MUCH better hospitality the second I entered their doors. I recommend the one across the street much more than this location. This location needs to up their service.

First time stopping by and the staff person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Super appreciated her kindness. A nice variety of skincare products to choose from as well.

Well, I can say a lot about this place. There was nothing blooming about it, but the smell of fish in the air when you walked in I walked in with a huge group. Nobody greeted us. My friend didn't even walk in since he smelled the smell. He was like I'm walking away and he left anyways I looked around Really couldn't get past the smell. I didn't even wanna look at the prices cause the smell so bad they had Labubu's. They had moisturizer and face washes but overall the store looked depressed a lot sad I honestly don't even know how to place stay in business but anyways that's my raving review of blooming cosmetics and a sad thing is it has a lot of potential to be like a fun place, but it didn't because you know Korean skin care very popular. I think that it could've been more lively more vibrant, more fun, but it was just giving depressant smell like fish.

Just opened. It has an amazing selection of popular Korean skincare items from face masks to serums to sunscreens. They have it all. I wanted to buy everything.

I visited this location twice! Each visit was great, however on my second visit I met a sales associate, Millie, who made me almost buy everything! Haha 😄 She was the absolute best and very knowledgeable about every line I asked about. (Side note...the store isn't huge, but they carry a ton of great products from skincare to hair care.) She actually listened to my skin concerns and found the right products for me. I've been to Sephora many times and never had this type of customer service or experience. I left the store confident with my purchases thanks to her. This store is definitely worth visiting and splurging.
