I scheduled an appt online and showed up for my appt at that time and was no showed bc the "nurse time" check in was 15 minutes prior. That was not the time I scheduled my appt for. Their online times check-in times and actual check in times are different. Waste of my time. Some of us aren't 70 and don't want to waste our PTO driving to the doctor only to be turned away for a clerical error.
I must say this organization has gone way down all the way around. The finance department doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. My bills are paid in full on time but I’m constantly getting past due notices and then they’ve sent some to "bad debt". Unbelievable. And unapologetic. I have to show them every single time where this bill or that has been paid. Should not have to take the time to clean up their mess.
Awful, rude individuals. Hang up on you when in a crisis talking to the emergency nurse line. Hung up on me after I pointed out the large amount of malpractice that took place. Including, harassment, patient abandonment, patient neglect. They caused me tremendous damage. They responded by blocking my phone number and dropping me from the clinic. Will be arrested if I go back?.? Place has awful morals and care.
Randall my nurse was great and the nurses the previous night's were great as well. Great atmosphere. The doctor seems to not care about the patients though. But overall Randall and the lady with the glasses made it a great experience for me. Thank you
Honestly just needed to talk to my primary care doctor about some medical forms for work in which I was given passive aggressive remarks and treated as if I was a child. Not sure if I caught this lady on a bad day but for someone who is in need of time sensitive documents, it was frustrating dealing with "oh sweetie that just not how we do things around here".
The RN that’s been taking care of me named Payton she’s in labor and delivery and is absolutely outstanding!!!! if I could pack her up and bring her back I would I have never felt more comfortable and less of a burden specially when starting facing in and out of coherence she definitely deserves all the praise!!!
It has been 6 months since the death of my mother and I just wanted to once again share my thoughts about Billings Clinic care, and Ethics practiced at this facility. First I would like to say, I am a 34 year paramedic/nurse with extensive critical care, ED and Flight experience. My mother was admitted to this facility following a hypoxic even (very low oxygen) and her care after entering was shameful, and yet fully supported by administration, physicians and nursing administration. Due to her confusion, related to the hypoxia, we made the decision as a family to put into place a Power of Attorney for medical decisions. That included my brother, myself and, my father. AGAINST our wishes the cardiologist proceeded to perform multiple procedures on my mother, including a heart cath. We specifically declined this cath as she had compromised kidney function and we were concerned the dye used would cause further damage. Post cath, her kidney did continue to fail, Nephrology was consulted. She was sent to rehab where she fell 2x due to her inablility to ambulate and was then sent home where she died 4 days later as her lungs filled with fluid, essentially drowning her in her own fluids. NOW, don't get me wrong, my mother was 86, and the lack of oxygen did hurt her heart function, but Billings Clinic AND Dr. Rodriguez. as well as Dr. Furmen were all well aware of our wishes to not perform a heart cath or put her through any other stressful procedures. Which they ignored, they also ignored LEGAL paperwork. In addition the Hospital AND Dr. Rodriguez profited on my mothers death by performing these "procedure" even though they were declined. This review is just a reminder! BUYER BEWARE. I have been in this vocation for half of my life and I have NEVER witnessed such unethical practice, or such BLATANT DISREGARD of family wishes for their loved ones. This went so far as "Dr. Rod" grooming my confused mother in the room to agree with him in saying she agreed to the procedures when none of us were there (She had no recollection of what he had done to her). So PLEASE PLEASE be diligent with your family. PLEASE PLEASE stay with them as you cannot leave trusting that $$$ won't override good care and common sense at Billings Clinic.
