If I could give 0 stars …. I WOULD ! I saw Barbara Goldman 2 weeks ago and 2 times within a month for my pneumonia symptoms. Being a new patient I figured that they automatically run blood test so I didn’t question it … mind you I am POSTPARTUM and the first time that I came in as a new patient I was around 3 weeks postpartum and I told her this … and her response was " umm okay… congratulations… I guess…" now mind you I told her this being that I was a new patient I wanted her to know everything that was going on with me so there would be no surprises … I originally went there to seek medical help for my symptoms with PNEUMONIA . She focused on everything else besides the ACTUAL reason I came there . I felt fat shamed based on my diagnosis from the blood work. Me being postpartum & having pneumonia was completely dismissed by the reason my blood work was not the best . I had to follow up with my OBGYN for them to tell me that my levels are expected to look the way they were and that I shouldn’t have had my blood work done so soon postpartum and that it should retested in a few more months . NOW …. My symptoms were never really treated more like brushed off with taking mucinex ( which made my symptoms worse ) and more steroids . Mind you I had to go to the EMERGENCY room after my first visit because nothing was done and the reason of me coming was completely dismissed and focused on other things. I’m really disappointed because I’m still dealing with pneumonia symptoms at this very moment even after seeing her the second time . The thought of coming here again makes my stomach turn because there will be nothing done but instead more focused on me being overweight . I feel that there was a lack of discernment in this situation . I’m never coming back again . If I were anyone else I wouldn’t recommend this place … I’ve been to better urgent cares / primary doctors in the triad . Plus the place gives an unwelcoming vibe . Think twice before being treated here .

As for the Dr. all is great! But as it relates to the receptionists at the front desk they are unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful. I have called 3 time to have my prescription sent to another pharmacy that would be able to fill it and I can use my subsidy card for payment and as off today nothing. They rush you off the phone and I am going to have to take an unnecessary trip to the office and show off.

Unless you want to be talked about like a damn dog but the med aides as soon as they leave the room then I wouldn’t recommend. Wait a whole hour just to go in the room and overhear the med aide talking crap because she was too incompetent to understand what I was saying. Ending up not getting the care and having to leave before I ended up doing something!

I have saw Barbara Goldman several times. She is my ongoing Doctor for pain management...She is very good at what she does. Very thorough, understanding, and very easy to talk to. Thank you Barbara Goldman for giving me a chance and working with me.

My anxiety level was at an all time high but my nurse Joanne and Dr. Foster made me very comfortable during my visit. Thank you both so much!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, nasty filthy facility. Floors dirty in patient room,bathroom toilet nasty. This place has not been cleaned. Blood being taken in patient rooms,supposed to be done in the lab. Very disappointed.

Dr.Lewis and Nurse Javon were amazing! Felt extremely comfortable with them. Will be my PCP going forward. 10 stars if I could! I’m usually scared of the blood drawing process but I did not even feel it due to the nurse l being so gentle and caring. Both deserve 10 stars! 🙂
