She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients and their progress. Jillian takes the time to explain everything, listens to concerns without judgment, and creates a plan that truly feels personalized. I always leave my appointments feeling more confident, supported, and hopeful about my skin. I had such a great experience! I didn't know what I needed, so Jillian did a great job taking her time to get to know my concerns and assessing my skin to best suggest. She was transparent and upfront regarding price, so there were no surprises at the end. She was friendly and welcoming as well 🙂 She gave me a specific skin regime to follow, which I found helpful since I was looking for a starting point. Jillian followed up with a text a few weeks after to see how the skin treatment was going. Overall, a great experience 🙂

Jillian has truly transformed my skin and has been a huge part of my healing journey. I came to her with severe damage to my skin barrier, hormonal acne, and acne. I have dealt with acne my entire life. I have tried everything I have gone to many aestheticians, dermatologist, and in high school I was on Accutane for six months. Everything before Jillian was always a placeholder and always left me confused and still never felt heard by the people that were supposed to be helping me. having acne is not only physically painful, It is also emotionally scarring and leaves a lot of insecurities for a young girl to walk through. Jillian thankfully was sent to me by a dear friend and I am so grateful to her not for just the way that she has taken care of my skin in her studio and through the products that she has put me on but just her willingness to be there intentionally for her clients. I have sent her photos and videos of my skin on the regular and she is always responsive, encouraging, kind, and understanding. I haven’t had the pleasure of getting to experience this kind of service before, so thank you Jillian! I could not recommend her more and if you are anything like me and struggle with acne or feel like you’re constantly buying new products and feeding into Instagram ads, this is your answer to stop all that and book your first appointment with Jillian! 🤍 she will 100 percent take the best care of you. Also for people who might not have a huge budget for skincare, her pricing is reasonable and doesn’t make your eyes widen.. I have also had that experience of going broke for my skin. She won’t do that to you. Shes real and wants to take care of your skin.

There are no words fit to really describe how absolutely amazing, kind, and knowledgeable Jillian is! I was at the lowest point in my acne journey with having tried EVERY product possible and simply not get any results whatsoever. I had no idea want to do anymore my confidence was at an all time low. Jillian completely turned it all around within a year. She is truly an absolute goddess. I have been going to dermatologists for 12 years, which is half my life at this point. Because of that, I have tried nearly every ounce of skincare under the sun- over the counters, prescriptions, pills, you name it. None of these elements were solutions, and in 12 years, I had yet to find a product or routine that really helped. I was fortunate enough to have met Jillian when I worked at a coffee shop, and finally booked an appointment. Right away, Jillian made me feel so comfortable and took the time to analyze my skin and consider outside factors. She recommended removing some of the harsher products I had been prescribed for many years and replace them with simple products with simpler ingredients. After the first few sessions, my skin looked better than it had in a decade. Moreover, Jillian also offers services like micro needling, facials, and dermaplanes, which keep you looking amazing all the time. It is so relieving to have someone who is willing to take time to understand you and your skin, and so nice to have an individual that doesn’t simply throw bandaid solutions to you, rather addresses the whole. Lastly, Jillian is beyond kind and makes the whole process enjoyable, I’m so thankful for her effort and care!
