Every appointment feels deeply personalized, thoughtful, and restorative. Each time I see her, I leave feeling completely rejuvenated and genuinely cared for. She has a rare ability to turn an ordinary day into something special, and that level of attentiveness makes all the difference. I got my first facial at Heyday with Sasha. She took such good care of my skin. She took her time to explain everything she was doing and what she was using and why. I feel like I really knew what to expect leaving. Ask for Sasha!! My skin is glowing.

My esthetician Jamie L. is amazing. She does a great job listening to my concerns and helping me better understand how to take care of my skin. Her kindness and professionalism helps me relax and trust the process. She pays attention to detail not just from what she sees but listens to my concerns of changes I'm noticing as I age. Little changes that only the person who looks at themselves every day can notice but she helps me addess it and how to best manage the changes. I leave feeling pampered and better after every visit.

Bailee is phenomenal but the front desk staff is second best for sure. I come to my facial once a month and try very hard to not skip a beat. I am over the moon with my service, treatment and hospitality. It’s not often that I feel welcomed to luxury treats or spa locations but I cannot say enough good things about heyday. So much so that I relocated to Phoenix from Chandler and refuse to go to the Scottsdale location. I love my skincare experts! Thank you for your genuine kindness, it certainly goes a long way. I hate to write a great review for Alex, because she is going to get so popular, and I will have trouble booking my appointment! But, seriously, I had a fantastic facial this past week with Alex! I have had facials throughout my life, (in my late 60’s), But I would honestly say she is the best!
