I would have given them 5 stars about 2 years ago. That's why I went in there recently. Based on previous trips here. And a good customer experience. I was on the way to do someone's hair early morning and no other supply was open for me to grab some thread and needle and heat protector that I had left at home. Those were regular price. I decided to grab a few other things for myself since I was there. You Know those 99cent eyeliner with the sharpener in the top and the little plastic over it? Yeah, those... I grabbed 3. And I grabbed some isoplus hairspray. Why did she ring those 3 pencils up at 9.99 a piece? My total for a weave needle and thread, heat protector those 3 pencils, and some isoplus hairspray was $69. I said wait what? She said oh yes these pencils are 9.99 each. Lol I started laughing, I thought she was joking. Even while I was walking down the isles I was so disappointed with all the heavily inflated prices. This used to be my go to place... because even though you had to sacrifice a little bit of quality, going here was always usually a good price. Now they have aligned thier prices with Sally's and sephora lol with knockoff and cheap stuff from China Ill never go in there again. They must have new ownership who is price gouging. Thier parking lot and store used to always be full and there was always a wait in line to pay. Now there's nobody. I was the only one in the store, and I see why. MORAL OF THE STORY: If you are gonna spend the kind of money they have raised thier prices to. You might as well go to a quality place and get the real quality stuff. That experience was a disappointment. I wonder if all of them are like that now.

They were having a sale on their wigs which were already fairly priced 🙂 they have a pretty nice selection of make up, nails, hair products, dye, extensions ect. that are reasonably priced as well. You cannot the the wigs on prior to buy tho so I gave them 4 stars.

I love shopping here they have all kinds of things that I need for my hair, you guys are the best

Great service, bulk human braiding hair inventory is dwindling. Prices are fair and they still have a better selection than the other beauty supply stores.

this is absolutely one of my favorite places to go for hair stuff Jamie was so funny and kind with her time helping me try on wigs and see which Styles look best on me and teaching me the difference between a sewn-on wig and one that you just take on and off I always get all of my colors here they're always inexpensive and well-stocked highly recommended the store if you're in Las Vegas on the east side

Very rude, very unprofessional. I’m looking for ponytails and there is an older white lady, I believe white; with straight brown hair. Very impatient and rude, shaking her head no as I ask a question every time. Very rude, I don’t want to come back although products seem nice and good , but customer service absolutely a 0
