I had such a great experience at Beatus! The space is super clean, relaxing, and has a really calming vibe the second you walk in. Everyone on the staff was so kind and welcoming — they made me feel comfortable right away. Hea the owner really took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained everything so I knew exactly what to expect, and I’m so happy with the results! I have gone in for several treatment over the past few months, and I get so many compliments on my skin. I’ve even referred my daughter and several friends! The technology is cutting edge, and the staff are clearly good at what they do.

The Beatus Medspa team has done wonders to my skin over the past few months of my coming here. All of the staff I’ve encountered are all so very knowledgeable, every single one of them genuinely caring and passionate about helping their clients achieve great skincare outcomes. They have helped me address a myriad of skin issues to include decades old acne scars, rosacea, discoloration, and wrinkles. I have been coming to Burlingame shop in Medical Esthetics, It was OUTSTANDING. I was very impressed at the facility modern and clean. everyone there is so professional and nice. Always great work here- facials, Botox etc. Especially I lost 20 pounds to the Ozempic in 8 weeks. all fantastic. good and easy communication too. Clean facility. Location discrete, good for those that want to get in and out without hassle. Great attention to detail and my needs were carefully assessed during consultation with Hea Young. I wanted to get rid of a residual mole that was not fully removed from a longtime ago. There was an indent from where it was burned off before so I did not want to worsen it. The IPL was a good recommendation and lightened the mole and some sun spots. The variety of products available to try while you are in the waiting room is a bonus. I loved that they also specialize in k beauty products and cutting edge beauty trends. Plan to return for more sessions.
