AV Dental deserves more than 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Pablo Velastegui is by far the best dentist I’ve ever visited. His professionalism, precision, and genuine care for his patients truly set him apart. He takes the time to explain every step and makes sure you feel comfortable. The office is spotless, modern, and runs on time. The entire staff is warm, organized, and supportive. I trust him completely with my dental health and highly recommend AV Dental to everyone.

Dr. Pablo Velástegui is an outstanding dentist and an exceptional person. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail make every visit a positive experience. He is kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I truly believe he is the best dentist, both for the quality of his work and for his human qualities. AV Dental is truly a great dentist office. I would recommend Dr Velastegui to anyone, especially those who may have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, as he is incredibly kind and understanding, and explains things clearly with photos. The dental hygienist, Holly, is also fantastic and makes cleanings a positive experience (something I never thought I would say!) Even though I have moved out of Arlington, I continue to go to AV Dental -- I tried going elsewhere, but quickly realized they are the best!

Super friendly and professional dentist office. I've been going for a little more than a year for general cleaning and a filling. All the staff are great, and they work with you for scheduling. Highly recommend!

I have lived in the NOVA area for 10 years. Have experienced over 7 different dentists. Never satisfied with any of them enough to stick around. Well the search is over after finding AV DENTAL. Top of the line care! From the warm reception of Serena at the front desk to the attention to detail, expert knowledge and the care of this office is top notch. Dr. Velastegui and his staff work seamlessly together. I had a significant amount of work done (over 5+ treatments) after an accident. This included, fillings, crowns, extractions, dental implants. Every step of the way Dr. Velastegui has provided undivided attention to questions/ concerns I had. He took time to explore options in treatments and offered firm guidance on best treatment for longevity of health of teeth. They complete the work in-house (crowns/implants), which is amazing. This office not only provides amazing dental care but also helps guide and provide insight to insurance/billing concerns. I highly recommend this office!!! 10/10.

I was so moved by Dr. Patty and her team. So I’m a student from MA and interning in dc, so before I leave I wanna do a dental exam and cleaning, but when I did it the doctor told me I need to do fillings, but I’m leaving soon so they do it for me on friday which they normally don’t see patients, and the whole process was so smooth and the team was very patient! I see a reason now why this clinic is all 5 star review! highly recommended!

I highly recommend this practice! They have done a wonderful job with my teeth. I had a lot of work done in one day but they were so nice and professional. I want to thank the office manager Serena for her hard work. She was so responsive to all my requests. I highly recommend this practice to everyone needing dental services.
