I just love them. My primary is Dr. Sehring. He is new to me, but has been incredibly thorough about getting me up-to-date with all my tests/shots and getting me checked out for anything I was worried about. His nurse, Matt, is wonderful. I suffer from trauma and he made all my appointments for me at other specialists, until I was comfortable doing it myself. The lab has always been kind, helpful and FAST. At this point, I have nothing negative to say.

The lab man i had today was very helpful and showed me how to test myself if im degraded or not. No one never showed me that before .I think this location needs to have a old pill drop off box near the pharmacy!

Be careful for physical therapy at this location they don't bill it office and bill it as a hospital. They will give you an estimate but your deductible will still apply. Don't believe what staff tells you that it's $0 that it's all covered. Always check with your insurance!

I had a an urgent care appointment. I was able to schedule it online, vs waiting 3 hours there. Nurse and doctor were very efficient, friendly, and compassionate. I also had a great experience with the radiology tech Katie. I needed an ultra sound and had a lot of anxiety, and she made my experience very delightful. Such a beautiful personality, and walked me through everything she was doing.

Kate and Taylor were absolute lifesavers. I went to my appointment thinking one thing but then hit a snag after arriving. They went above and beyond to comfort me, answer my questions, were patient and made it happen. You ladies are the real MVPs.

The most predatory billing practices I’ve ever seen, over $500 for a a yearly physical which should be covered by insurance and isn’t due to the way they coded it. Billing, customer relations, etc unwilling to help. These people do not care about you, they want your money.

They overcharge for everything (over the amount negotiated with my good health insurance plan) so even preventative exams & tests must be partially paid out of pocket. Doctor would not suggest anything other than seeing his recommended Aurora physical therapist (for my strained muscle on my second toe!) . He ordered tests I did not consent to such as 3 separate iron tests (I don't have an iron problem). I understand 1 test but not 3. Mammogram was overcharged so I would have to pay extra $250 as well. Patients really don't "have a choice" when signing all the documents ahead of the appointment. I guess I know how they afford such a luxurious building & all that staff that sits around talking to & gossiping & laughing with each other.
