I feel so comfortable already. This office was so helpful and all I encountered were so personable. The woman who helped me out getting to my appointment on time. Thank you to the people who checked me in at the front. The RN who took my history and did not make me feel rushed even though I was 9 min late for the appointment. Then the Doctor spoke in a language I can understand, showed me my MRI scans and compared my symptoms to the scans and explained what he felt was the best plan of care and why. He also gave plenty of opportunity to answer my questions. It is worth the 35 min drive to visit this office.

Pulmonary dept. The wait time was short I was taken early. The office clerk was not welcoming, she asked my information she wasn’t even looking at me I didn’t even think she was addressing me. The pulmonary tech Caroline K was wonderful , excellent personality very knowledgeable explained everything and answered all my questions all the while making me feel very comfortable. She personified what Prohealth stands for excellence and quality care

Went to the Travel Medicine clinic. It was excellent. The information is thorough and the nurse was friendly. All of my questions were answered, I was not rushed, and felt confident and safe about my trip going forward.

Everything about this visit was excellent! My technician Erin was extremely professional and informative and I appreciated that they were able to work me into their schedule on very short notice too. Proficient delivery of healthcare on timely basis. Love it!!

I think doctors should listen more and read patients charts! I have told doctor and nurses I was seeing multiple times how my problems started and what I feel. I saw this doctor multiple times doing different things and every time it was like I was a new patient that he has never seen before about my symptoms. Only if he would have read my chart to see how and when my symptoms started and what I have been feeling and telling the nurses every time I go there just maybe he could have results on fixing my issues. I see the nurses typing away every time I go when they ask you whole lot of questions so why doesn’t the doctor read the notes or even pass notes in the charts. Then maybe they can refresh on that patients history on why they came in the first place and how or why the problem started. I will never go back to see doctor. Very disappointed and frustrated!!

There must be nothing more frustrating than a patient showing up near closing in fearing a broken bone. But, the entire staff and care team at Urgent Care on Sunset, was kind, professional, and provided me with excellent care. There is a reason we’ve depended on ProHealth Care for nearly two decades for our medical needs. Great group.

It was my 1st visit with Dr Michel Fiore. I was very impressed by his welcoming attitude. He took time 2 answer all my questions & calm my anxious thoughts because thus is all new 2 me. I looked 4ward 2 continue on my journey of healing!
