Astoria Salon and Day Spa

Very nice salon. Started visiting over a year ago when my hairdresser, Christopher, moved salons. He does a wonderful cut and color. I really like that they have the salon setup with a few separate rooms & a good amount of space between stations, so there are only about 6 hairdressers in any room. It keeps the atmosphere relaxed. This also means you can have a normal volume conversation with your hairdresser. The salon also has pretty decor, a large waiting room, and is always very clean. During covid restrictions, they were careful to keep their front door locked and entry was only allowed to customers with appointments, and when masks were required, staff and customers were wearing masks.

Loved my cut! Ask for Ariel. She is super easy going and has a gentle hand. Doesn't take "creative liberties" with your hair unless you ask her to. Salon is clean and has a very polished asthetic. The fact that it's tucked away off the main street adds privacy (something about people passing or driving by while getting a haircut always weirded me out.) Reasonable prices and they have TONS of good quality products to choose from to keep up with your hair care needs. Will definitely be coming back here🤗

This salon is amazing! Everyone is very welcoming. Hair designer's have many years of experience. Nail techs are very experienced with nails, pedicure's, gel's. This is a very clean salon. They have a big selection of retail such as shampoos, conditioners, styling products, blow dryers, irons etc.

Called to get some basic information in regards of their services and schedule a few people together and lady at front desk was very rude and condescending, and just frustrated upon answering. I get that people can have bad days and be frustrated at times , just remember as a person who answers the phone and it’s our first impression of you , customers service it’s key ….. I’ll be going with my sister and mom elsewhere for services. Hope you guys can improve those basic skills .

This Salon is the best! The owner, Trina is such a kind, helpful and awesome person! Michael has to be the best ever hair stylist....sorry girls! The entire staff there is friendly and very helpful. Salon is always very clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful salon! Friendly staff. However, I went for almost a year to the same person but something changed. The last time I went I dont know if I had made her upset or what went wrong. My usual haircut was not the same at all, I could not even style properly and because i kept my hair very short it took forever to grow out! Be careful who you think you can trust with directions like the usual or just like before. I usually dont get to upset over my hair but this was a year long nightmare.

Good location! Excellent service. They were able to fit me in on short notice. When my assigned hair dresser ran late, they switched me to another person and kept my appointment on time; they did not want me to wait around for the first person!
