Lilly's personalized facial was by far the best I've ever received! She took her time to explain what she was recommending for my skin and made sure I was comfortable. Lilly's technique was phenomenal. I will be returning for another facial. I highly recommend Lilly at Seasons Salon! 😊
Mostly everyone is pretty nice and welcoming, there are a few buji’s now and then. The tall lady with brown hair, highlights and glasses, who I think might be the owner or spa director? I gave her a little bit of a hard time while returning a product, but she remained calm, kind and composed and accommodated my needs. I have a stylist elsewhere but I’ve been purchasing Aveda products here for years. Will probably continue to do so, if they’ll continue to let me 😆.
I have been getting my hair cut by the same person for 25 years. I have followed her to 3 different locations. Irene is the best. Seasons is a great salon.
This place is gorgeous! The owner is committed to Redlands and encouragea her staff to do continuing education. I had a great experience with Irene, getting a haircut, deep condition and style. The wash itself will keep me coming back! I love that she gave me a head massage and the glass enclosed room had soothing music. Just what I needed! Love Aveda, and Seasons Salon is wonderful!
Michelle has been my stylist for years because she's just that good! Also, I love getting a chair massage while my hair is processing. Their masseuse, "Mel", is truly amazing. This is a fantastic Aveda salon
My review is referencing the stylist (KC) and the young receptionist, not the salon in general. I'm sure the others are really great. The salon itself is aesthetically pleasing and decently done. I chose this stylist after reading about her years of experience and expertise. First time there, a few minutes early for my appointment to then wait 35-40 minutes late. Been to a lot of salons, I understand it's easy to fall behind but that's where professionalism could have replaced what actually happened, which was nothing. No sorry I'm a little behind, nothing. I sat in the lobby watching the stylists, not realizing KC was one of them directly insight, as I didn't recognize her from the website photo, she looked so different in person. There didn't seem to be any urgency at all as she paused, conversed etc. I only learned from the receptionist and asked her if it was normal for her to not keep her appointments like this. She said " WHat do you mean"??? HuH? I responded with my appointment time. She looked confused. ??? When KC finished & came to the front desk with her customer, the receptionist whispered something to her and the greeting was then cold and unfriendly. Once in the chair I tried to let it go, but it was awkward. I showed her a picture of what I would like, asked her if she thought that would work on my hair and she said, Well, I don't know your hair so I don't know. I should have left then, but didn't. Didn't know my hair? Maybe not my hair but professionals know hair types in general. I tried to make small talk but she said as little as possible and spoke to anyone else beside her. I've never been in a more awkward position. That was a lot of time of feeling awkward. 2-3 hours. She was intentionally rough during the massage and rinse, and it was an all around worse experience I've had at ANY salon. My hair came out okay but I will never return to her after the immature and unprofessional treatment I experienced there . If I was the salon owner, this would really be an issue as KC reflects her establishment. My visit was in March.
I wanted blonde highlights I ended up with ash brown maybe there's a process to go by b4 getting the color you want idk besides that excellent products and massages are a great incentives 😁
