I’ve never written a review before. I’ve seen Dr. T., that’s what I call him. He’s Dr. Trey Thygerson, Artistic Smiles, Longmont, CO. So grateful my son found him, over 5 yrs. ago, for me. You see, I’m a unique case. I have CRPS/RSD, plus a lot of other diseases, for over 8 yrs. I have to be always be put under, with an anesthesiologist, that puts a little bit of ketamine in it, to try and prevent a spread. I’ve had 8 veneers, on top, due to my disease. A root canal done on one of my veneers, which isn’t advised, due to my disease. I didn’t want to pull it, was my right eye tooth, and have another dental implant. I have 4 already. I trusted Dr. T., and that’s saying a lot. I was out of town, at a clinic doing treatments. He sent me in antibiotics, and I came home for a month to have my root canal done. My body doesn’t heal like it use too. It takes me 3-4 times as long. When you’re put under, your bite isn’t right. He saw me 8 times that month. He never complained. In fact, I know he felt bad for me. He calls to check on me. He always promptly answers, and gets back to me right away. Recently it was putting back on a front veneer that popped off. I was in the next day. He is the most kindest, compassionate and empathetic dentist there is. His staff is amazing! They think the world of him, as he does them, and so do I. Thank you, Dr. T.

I beg you, please Let me tell you How Grateful I am for Trey!! He truly did me such a wonderful & heartfelt service for me that I simply I will not forget him! ~ I have a Whole story of my front tooth being chipped, bonded and not treated right from other Dentists. There is a lil miracle in this man for how he helped me, and I truly say this, I emotionally could not be more grateful. ~ I was fairly emotional when I saw how beautiful, healthy & lovingly crafted my tooth was. He sculpted this tooth like it was a marble statue. With the look, artistry, and realism that anyone could ask for. He took such a time to make it look like it was a work of art. 🖼️ ~ He is Utterly in alignment with his company name because he rebuilt & sculpted this Tooth back to perfection, saved me for future cavities, and heard me out for everything to prevent issues. This man has a heart of gold & is the real deal 🙏✨ ~ They are sweet, supportive, real. They embody everything you could ask for in a family business, because truly I felt treated as such. ~ I do Sales & rely on my smile. This has shifted so much in my energy & my confidence out in the world. It has shifted my energy Majorly. I must be one of the Lucky individuals to get this Blessing. Found this place though an ad on Facebook where they advertised sedation. My treatment was going to be a little more intensive so I opted in to do mild sedation. The first appointment they told me that the panoramic X-ray machine was down and could only do part of my X-rays and I would need to come back soon after. They called me to inform me the machine was fixed and I would need to come in that day or the next. I told them I would Schedule for the next day and then something had come up with a family emergency. I called them that day and told them that something drastic came up out of Nowhere and explain the situation to them. They then told me that they would report it to Medicaid that I wouldn’t be able to come in even though they’re panoramic machine was done the day that I did come in and they showed not a single care. so that following week I had come in to finish my panoramic x-rays and get antibiotics. They then told me that they would put in a pre-authorization for Crowns and the root canals. I had called them three different times over the span of almost 8 weeks to find out if it was authorized yet, and the second time they had said the crowns were authorized however, the root canals were not it took them two months to get the root canals authorized after telling me it would take no more than two weeks and even though that may have not been their fault They’ve been told me the third time I had called which was only about two weeks later from the second time I had talked to them That they had called me and left me a Voicemail message saying that they scheduled me an appointment for me that I had missed that following week Since the root canals were authorized, not only did I never received that voicemail. I have a new phone and the voicemail box had not been set up. I had explained all of this to them. They said they talked to their office manager to explain it to Them as well and told me that they have very strict rules when it comes to missing an appointment I had told them that I never had knowledge of this appointment nor did I confirm the scheduling of said appointment and they told me that I was not allowed to come back for another 12 months, even though I desperately needed these root canals done due to fracture teeth in And accident they showed no remorse or sympathy for me at all, and completely turned me away after stating that state insurance does not provide them with enough To make state insurance covered patients, a priority and I could be seen 12 months if I wanted to Wait that long Even though this was clearly a dental emergency. I would need to have the release of records sent over to them so they X-rays to move this process along a lot quicker so I then contacted Araceli Again, and sat on hold with her for 15 minutes Because she had stated that she could not find any of my records or information then after coming back on the phone after being on hold, she had said well it’s not Really possible for her to find my information when they had a new system in place in their computers and continue to make excuses as to why That happened and became very defective when I got upset because my whole experience here has been horrid. You can say or feel or think whatever you want about This review, however this is based on Word for Word exactly how this all went down so if you’re thinking about going here, you may That you have yourself ready for a Possible similar experience. The doctor seemed great, was very nice and professional however, the girls and the other Are the absolute opposite and I am completely appalled and disgusted at the way this was handled and these drills continue to run this office. This place is going to Go downhill quick.

I have never been to such a great dentist's office before! The staff were amazing, I was having some discomfort from a dental filling from a different dentist, and Dr. Thygerson offered to take care of it in a matter of minutes! My hygienist was so professional and sweet, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to check out different options with my insurance, and ensure everything was taken care of. I have already recommended this office to several coworkers, and I will be sticking with this office! (not to mention the inside is beautiful, clean, and modern) 10/10

These boots have been taken care of my teeth for the last 15 years. It has been the most amazing dental experience I have ever had! And that's saying something because we all hate going to the Dentist right? A few months ago I moved. If it's any indicator of my satisfaction I now drive 120 miles just to go see these particular people, they are bad amazing.

I needed immediate dental care. I called Artistic Smiles at 7:30 am and they were already open. They got me in that morning and helped me. Dr. Thygerson was kind and explained what my choices for treatment were. The work was well done. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a dentist for all your dental needs, Artistic Smiles is a great choice.

They do great work across the board and the finer dentistry work is well crafted. I’ve had two crowns and both great and they even fixed a crown done from a different dentist that was giving me tons of grief. No issues since
