Longmont Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I had to have an emergency extraction done and Longmont Modern Dentistry and Orthopedics was AMAZING! Everyone, Cynthia at the front desk, Stephanie the dental assistant, and Dr. Umbarger were all incredibly friendly and very helpful. They were all so nice even though I got there about 40 minutes before they closed. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office! Thank you, Dr. Umbarger and staff! I will definitely be back!

It is hard to give them a 1 star because the Dentist who I saw was amazing. I am giving them a 1 star due to the reception who took my call, answered my questions and scheduled my appointment. I chose going here over a different provider (where I was already an established patient) due to the quote I received for the procedure. I asked numerous times to make sure the amount I was quoted was correct and that's what I would be responsible for. I was already a bit surprised when I had the procedure done and afterwards paid an additional $100. But than a few weeks later I received another bill for over $400!! Which I definitely was not expecting. I ended up paying an ADDITIONAL $500 from what I was quoted and more than I would have paid where I was an established patient.

I had a crown done at Longmont Modern Dentistry, and the whole process was surprisingly easy. Emily was great at check in, and Alex, Albert, and Hector made the actual procedure comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Umberger was gentle, calm, and clearly highly skilled. I never felt uncomfortable, and they checked in with me the entire time. It is rare to feel this relaxed during dental work, but they made it happen. I really appreciate the care they took with everything. The crown feels like my own tooth.

I am a very nervous patient at the dentist, and I made an emergency appointment here when I suspected an issue with one of my old crowns. They were able to fit me in same-day, and my experience was lovely start to finish. All of the staff are incredible - from Emily at the front desk helping to schedule, Salvador who assisted with insurance coordination and payment plans, Dr. Lauren who was able to relieve my pain and offer an efficient treatment plan, and all of the hygienists who were kind and supportive. This was my first time visiting this practice, but I look forward to returning in the future to continue my treatment!

Dental Hygenist Brooke is the best ever. She has taught me how to take care of my teeth and does a fantastic job. She is very caring and kind. She is a great asset to your practice. I highly recommend her.

Longmont Modern Dentistry is an amazing and professional office! From check in with Salvador to my 6 month appt. With Dr. Carandang and dental assistant Erika, the process is always smooth and comfortable. They always know how to make their patients feel at ease. Thank you!
