If I could do ZERO stars I would. This woman is so rude and has been rude every single visit. When I came today she told me she discharged me because I stated she was rude last time , she stated she could not believe I would come back. She is the most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered in my life. And unless you’re a man who she could flirt with she does not want to help you at all!

The 1 star is solely for Dr. Adkins employees. They are always so nice and professional. Then you meet Dr. Adkins. Rude, unprofessional, and demeaning to lgbtq+ partnerships. My partner and I were at her office today and not only did she have us waiting 2 hours past our appointment time, but she looked at my partners teeth for less than 5 minutes and told her that cleaning would take too long and she would need to reschedule…although her appointment was for a cleaning! No respect for patients time as this was the second attempt at getting a cleaning, she decided to take off 2 weeks ago for a vacation and rescheduled our prior appointment that had been scheduled for months. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Hello, I just had a very sore tooth and Dr. Adkins took me in and pulled the infected tooth. She is very people friendly and enjoys seeing her patients. Also for you men out there Dr. Adkins is quite beautiful. Honestly she's great. Check her out.

I was referred for a broken front tooth and In so much pain . Multiple X-rays were taken but no treatment was done to get me out of pain or even help with my appearance of not wanting to smile. Bedside manners were very bad . I was reffered to uk for extraction instead of taking the time to help my pain . Thank goodness I found someone to help me the following morning . Now I’m out of pain and have my smile back . I will not be returning ❤️‍🩹

Believe the low scores! I thought I'd give this place a chance since they're close by, but that was a mistake... Like many other reviews have said, Doctor Adkins is very smug and rude. Here are just a few of the bullet points. She didn't want to take my insurance without the card. I told her my insurance doesn't issue one, but I gave her the policy number. She told me I'd have to get an email from them or something. When I told her my brother pulls dental insurance all day with just the policy number, she finally backed down and admitted that SHE doesn't know how to do it, but maybe the lady that comes in to do the insurance stuff knew how... She told me they usually take just x-rays on the first visit and then schedule the cleaning. I've never heard of that in my life! Let alone that I specifically scheduled a cleaning over the phone. When it came time for my appointment, she came out and dismissively motioned me over without a word like I was some kind of dog. They did end up giving me my scheduled cleaning, but acted like this was some kind of special favor. And to top it all off, when I challenged her on her opinion of my teeth, contrasting it with my previous dentist, she just told me to go back to them! Don't mind if I do, she obviously doesn't need the business I guess... I figured I'd give them a shot, thought people might be being unfair in the reviews, I know how it goes. But nope! My advice, go literally anywhere else!

Worst experience ever. I have extreme anxiety and my daughter went with me. She talked about me like I was garbage to the receptionist because I brought someone with me. I had an anxiety attack and left. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.

They messed up my mouth. Royally, Doug and Doug and dug in my tooth for a feeling. Made a completely round in my tooth. The dentist kept asking me if it was right. I was like aren't you the dentist? How am I supposed to know if the job is being done right? I'm the client. Nothing was done correctly. I'm still in a lot of pain and have to go to an emergency dentist now.
