We have had such a positive experience at Ada West! Dr. Swanson has been seeing my 4-month-old daughter, and she is truly wonderful. She explains everything so thoroughly and in a way that’s easy to understand, which I really appreciate. My daughter is so comfortable around her, which makes the appointments stress-free. The entire staff is also incredibly kind and professional from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend Dr. Swanson for anyone with little ones!

I am a new patient with Brian Friedt. I have had two in situ melanomas and wanted to be sure I had someone who was thorough and understood all forms of skin cancers. He came highly recommended from a friend. From the minute I walked to the back office, his new nurse made me feel very comfortable, had a great attitude, a big smile, and you could tell she liked her job. She was very kind and answered all my questions. Brian Friedt, PA-C conducted a thorough exam, answered all my questions, and provided new insights into skin cancers. He gave me samples and said they are available for questions at any time. I highly recommend Brian and Ada West Dermatology.

Front desk women are helpful, polite and smiley making check in as easy as possible. When the associate called my name we were off going down the hall with her graciously point where we were going and carrying on a nice conversation. Once in the room she showed me where to sit and asked a few questions. She left, came back after telling me the doctor would be in shortly and shortly it was with a big smile and a greetings ready to show me results and what he need to do. With that he was able to to mark and measure the site. The assistant prepared the area for numbing injection and did it like a champ. Surgery ensues with music of my choice. He did his magic gave me instructions asked if I had any questions and then he gave me papers of what to do along with a cell phone in case their were concerns about the site. It was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Schwendiman and staff were friendly and efficient. I arrived early for my appointment and they took me to the examination room a few minutes before my appointed time. Enjoyed looking at all the Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Disney pictures there during the brief wait - just a couple minutes. When he came, Dr. Schwendiman did a thorough visual exam and recorded what he saw for my records. He also took photos of anything that could potentially become an issue to monitor changes and compared them with photos he took last year. He answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I've been going to see Dr. Brian for over eight years now. Always an easy appointment in my busy schedule. The staff at Ada West Dermatology does a great job of making it a smooth process. Never much of a wait due to the efficiency of scheduling. They keep good records of any skin marks that need follow up inspection and Brian is thorough in the inspection. I'm grateful to have them on my list of health professionals!

Told to be there 15 min prior to appt. I was. Sign at check in said if 15 min late needed to reschedule. But provider was 30 minutes late! Practice needs to allow more time for providers so that they can properly take care of patients and stay on schedule.
