So start things off. I should've listened to reviews in Yelp, Google, and Groupon. 1. I'm not expecting a 5 star massage but I have definitely gotten much better for the same price. I will leave a thorough review for future clients. 2. Let's do a full review: 3. Atmosphere : 2 stars becsuse it's divided by curtains and it's a space shared with another business that's very loud. At the same time, very limited employees and they handle all interactions from phone, walkins, and massages. Luckily, there was music playing in the background. 4. Quality : 2 stars because my massaged sucked. Masseuse (Cindy) barely used oil or lotion. Masseuse was very technical with the massage and didn't know how to do strokes 5. Customer service : 2 stars because as soon as I walked into the room, the masseuse walked to tell me verbatim " since it's a 90 minute massage, minimum for tip is $35". First of all, who are you to tell me how much to tip you. I should've never tipped the with how bad of a job it was. Luckily, the receptionist was nice. 6. Price : 4 as they are average for this location 7. Cleanliness: 4 as they were good at being clutter free. 8. Recommendation: I would definitely not recommend. Total = 2.8

I love this place! The main reason is that the people are really nice and great service. Also the price is not that expensive to me. Recommend you guys to their place.
