Kimchi Restaurant

I went to KIMCHI, a Korean BBQ all-you-can-eat restaurant, and it was amazing! The meat was super fresh and flavorful — no weird smell at all, just pure deliciousness. The sushi was also really good, but the real star was the naengmyeon (cold noodles). It was seriously the best I’ve ever had! Perfectly chewy noodles and refreshing broth — I can’t recommend it enough. Definitely a must-visit if you love Korean BBQ!

What a great find. I’ve worked in Vegas for 52 days this year and must have walked past this place a hundred times without going in. I’m vegetarian and looked up the menu yesterday, and I was genuinely surprised by how many options there were. Service was excellent across the board, from the wait staff to the bussers. The food came out fast, was high quality, and tasted amazing. I fell in love with the chive pancake, and I’ll admit I was embarrassed when I didn’t realize the scissors were for cutting it until a very kind busser showed me. The veggie stone bibimbap arrived sizzling hot, looked incredible, and the server even offered to mix it for me. The complimentary sides were delicious, from the pickled radish and kimchi to the cucumber. The miso soup showed up unexpectedly and ended up being one of the most flavorful I’ve had in a long time. I can’t speak to the meats, but everyone around me looked very happy with theirs, and the steak at the next table looked like great quality. For being on the Strip, the prices were solid, and being able to walk there after work is a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! We had an amazing time at this Korean BBQ all-you-can-eat restaurant today! The food was delicious, fresh, and there was a great variety to choose from. Everything we tried was really tasty. I especially want to give a big shout-out to our server, Thomas. He was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire meal, constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed.

Food was very delicious, they have a variety of meat along with other items. The service is definitely a 10/10 they’re very attentive. The atmosphere is great also, you’re actually able to have a conversation without being overwhelmed with so much noise. The butter garlic squid was delicious!

We went early so it wasn’t busy, but the BBQ meat was fantastic, service was excellent. Staff were very attentive. The food was as good if not better than some bbq places we’ve been.

I'm Korean. Kimchi Restaurant in Las Vegas exceeded my expectations with its exceptional flavors. Every dish was fresh, vibrant, and cooked with great care. The kimchi had an authentic taste that reminded me of home-style cooking. Their grilled dishes were particularly impressive and full of depth. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive throughout the meal. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Service was quick yet never rushed, which made the experience relaxing. The overall atmosphere was cozy and pleasant for both groups and solo diners. This place is easily one of the best Korean dining options in Las Vegas. I will definitely return on my next visit to the city.

This was an amazing finding! Service was really good and quick after I ordered. I was here alone and they have a good option for just person which is great as the Korean BBQ is mean to share.
