I used to work here about 20 years ago and I keep coming back because I love this store AND I prefer this location to the Coronado Mall one. The Staff is on-point and very aware of customers. The interior flow is VERY tight and hard to navigate through, which is my only complaint. They seem to always have a lot of inventory and things that you'd want to buy (aka: not just a bunch of chotskies that only serve as eye-candy). The Staff is also fairly knowledgeable in their inventory as well as the niches of what they're selling. Their Company-feature of shipping online orders to stores is hassle-free and very convenient. I love their Rewards program and they are always diligent about getting points added to your Account. It's one of the best places to be during Halloween season also.

This place has a good selection of clothes and what ever is in season, like the new Beatle juice movie, can usually be found here.

I've always loved this store, but now more than ever. They have a great clearance section, plus there are always good in-store and online deals too. The Cottonwood location has very friendly employees, including a very helpful manager. 😊😊😊

Hadn't been in a number of years, was really just killing some time in the mall. Decided to check it out with all of the new Marvel merchandise coming out. They had a very eclectic selection of products for sale, I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly. Products aren't cheap, but everything there appeared to be of relatively high quality.

The employees were all super helpful and friendly and they always have great deals for cool things there. The girl with the red hair helped up and had a nice conversation with us before moving on to help other customers. A nice experience and I look forward to coming back

Mostly cause it was more brightly and colorful for my eyes. I live in cave filled with darkness, 😆 so it's a bit overwhelming for my eyes. Mostly what's popular now like demon slayer, my hero academia, hello kitty, band shirts. Some nice interesting clearance items. But just window shop around.

They have a lot of pop culture and alternative themed merchandise. Because of this they are a popular store. However, because of the amount of inventory combined with their popularity, the space is crowded. I can imagine how crowded it will be come Black Friday when everyone has bags on their arms already. The sales clerks were friendly and attentive. I would suggest starting any shopping trip there if you are planning on multiple stores.
