Amazing record store with a fabulous selection. Both new and used vinyl and decent prices. Great staff that are knowledgeable and helpful. Ability to order almost anything is awesome as well. Even have a great selection of vintage equipment to chose from.

I went in today and sold some records I thought the owner was super friendly and I feel he was fair with his offer. People that complain about offers for stuff need to realize you are not going to get Discogs prices your local record store is a small business probably just getting by. Very nice little store awesome owner I'll definitely be back when I get paid.

I love this store and would recommend it to anyone who likes music. I bought many records for Resurrections Records. I was disappointed, however I do realize this is my issue. Last week I bought a New Record for a Gift. Realize this was not going to work. I went in to do an exchange, since I have the receipt and it is still in factory wrapping and purchased in under a week ago. I did not want money back, just a different Record. Was told "No, we do not do returns or exchanges." I replied "Even with the receipt, no opened and under a week ago was purchased. His reply was "No the Record could have warped" This is really disappointing since I liked shopping in that store. Customer Service is everything. I went to another record store and they gave me full value for trade, knowing it came from a different store.

Don't purchase records on discogs from this company, they will take your money and never send you the records. It's honestly surprising discogs lets them continue to sell on their site with practices like this (see all the similar reviews about discogs orders)

Ordered a vinyl through Discogs in early August. Was told delays were due to the shop moving, which I understood at first. After that, the order status kept changing, excuses kept coming, and communication completely stopped after October 26th. Despite multiple messages, I got no replies. I even called the physical store and was promised a call back. Never happened. Because the communication was so bad and I received neither the record nor clear answers, I had to open a PayPal case to get my refund. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. EDIT: After this review was posted, the seller claimed that I made threats, used bigoted language, and that my order had been refunded months earlier. That is not accurate. While I did leave an angry voicemail and used profanity, I did not make threats or use bigoted language. My frustration came after months of trying to get answers without success. I was also never informed of any refund, the refund only occurred after I filed a PayPal dispute, due to prolonged poor communication. I am not interested in escalating this further and I am only clarifying the facts.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I tried to go in to re-sell a copy of Van Halen's Balance (1995) and got absolutely wrecked by the owner. Where did the dog go? It was the only redeeming quality of the store itself. Respect your customers

A wonderful record store with an AMAZING selection! The staff is super friendly! They have Vinyl, CDs, cassettes and also sell pre-owned hi-fi gear and collectibles. Like most independent music stores, all sales are final. Ample street parking can be found, especially on the back side of the store.
