Masri Sweets

My husband has always wanted to try Malban so I wanted to gift him some for the holidays. I was delighted to find a bakery in our state that offers shipping. I also got the mini mamoul. I am so pleased with my first experience with Masri Sweets! My order arrived the day after I placed it. Everything was packed carefully and most importantly, tasted exquisitely. You can tell they use quality ingredients. I also appreciate the attention to detail each and every sweet looked so pretty. I'll definitely be ordering again! Thank you!

Ordered 1 tray of pistachio mamool and 1 tray of sugar free walnut baklava. The mamool was very good. However, the walnut baklava was disgusting. It had a thin layer of walnut paste that is dark in color and tasted terrible, went straight into the garbage. Beware, you should be able to see the chunks of walnuts or pistachios in any baklava. Seeing a black paste makes me think they don’t use real walnuts, instead they use some type of paste that looks and tastes like chemicaIs. I have asked them to tell me what that black paste was, and have received no response. They have refunded me for the rotten baklava. DO NOT ORDER ANY BAKLAVA FROM THEM! I have used Shatilla in Michigan for many years and have always been very happy with all their sweets. They have stopped making sugar-free baklava, only make it in a mixed tray, that is why I went with Masri Sweets. I will not make that mistake ever again!

I ordered a birthday cake for my 10 year old step son. When I picked it up it wasn’t what I was expecting, there had been some miscommunication in the ordering process. However, they were incredibly accommodating and kind to me and really saved the day by fixing the cake last minute. The service recovery was incredible. And the cake was absolutely delicious! We all loved it. Thank you so very much ❤️

I went to Almasri Sweets and tried their knafeh. The portion was good, and it looked fresh. The cheese was smooth, but it could have been warmer and a bit sweeter. The texture was nice, but I expected a richer flavor. Overall, I'd give it 3.5 out of 5.

Amazing! We were in town from NC, and visited Masri Sweets. It is so clean, the workers were so kind, and the food…amazing! I haven’t had knafe this good in a very long time.
