We had brunch at Babo and it continues to be one of our go-to breakfast spots. The service was great, and the winter menu leans into warm, hearty dishes that feel perfect this time of year. We ordered the Diego Skillet (5/5) and the Frida Skillet (4/5), which only felt appropriate 😊. The Diego is everything you want in a chorizo skillet. The chorizo has great depth and the crispy potatoes bring the whole dish together. It is easily two meals in one and still something you want to keep eating. The Frida Skillet is a little lighter but still comforting. The roasted sweet potatoes have a nice caramelized edge, and they pair well with the lightly cooked kale and candied pecans. It almost leans into dessert territory with that sweet and savory balance, but still feels warm and satisfying.

Outstanding place!! Unique and original food and drink menu, fresh ingredients, vegan and gluten free options. Alcoholic beverages available. Quick service, friendly staff. I love their concept and the interior decor, it is so chic and minimalistic. I dont recall the name of my dish but it was something related to Diego Rivera and it was out of this world. I was visiting the DIA afterwards so I parked at the museum lot and walked short distance. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant. I cant wait until my next visit.

Everything about this place was fantastic. The breakfast smash, Diego skillet, and crème brûlée french toast 🤌🏻 literally to die for. By far the best breakfast I’ve had in my entire life. The drinks, espresso martini and spiked hot cocoa, were so good! Our server, Joey, did a wonderful job taking care of us. And the music was just old school bop after old school bop. 100/10 recommend.

Babo offers high-quality food with unique flavor combinations, friendly and efficient service, and a bright, cozy ambiance. There are many specific dishes that are highlighted as "must-tries," and there is a nice range of drink options, including a popular chai tea latte. The restaurant has a vibrant, busy atmosphere; however, the space is a tad cozy and can fill up quickly.

My chef salad with no bacon was phenomenal! And trust me you can definitely mess up a salad. This one was great and the Ranch dressing they used isn't typical...it was really good. My server was also good. She was very attentive and she made my sweet tea with the perfect amount of sugar .... The tea is unsweetened. Overall it was a great experience.

Overall, this is a great brunch restaurant and we enjoyed our meals. As other reviews mention, the prices are a bit high for what you get but the food does have good flavor. There is a good variety of meals to choose from. We walked in as a party of 4 on a Saturday morning. The wait time was 30 mins but we were able to snag 4 seats at the bar. There is only 5 seats total so we were lucky to have gotten them. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and we always had anything that we needed. The chicken and waffles were good but not the best. There was a lack in flavor overall. The avocado toast was delicious and I think the best value for what you get. The countryman’s breakfast was a good amount of food. The French toast is very filling and sweet so keep that in mind. It is probably best to share with someone/others. The caprese omelette was a 10/10 and the best tasting item overall. We all ordered coffees/lattes and they were good.

Every part of our experience at Babo was perfect! Delicious food, bevs, and service. I really really enjoyed my iced chai and my burger (sub beyond meat) and my partner enjoyed their breakfast. All the ingredients seemed fresh and everyone was super friendly. Great vibes, and an easy decision to want to return!
