I drove about 45 minutes to check this place out and it was worth it! The girl working was super friendly and had great customer service. The food was fresh and delicious with great portions and not a bad price. I recommend the tonkotsu ramen and the poke pockets. If you go on the weekends they serve k-dogs which is a must try with the fluffy outside and perfect cheese pull! There's a self serve ramen station and they serve sushi as well! This place is definitely worth a try!

This restaurant is under new management as of a week ago. Be ready to be up-charged for almost everything. This restaurant also only offers water bottles for purchase instead of free water cups. The poke bowl consisted mostly of rice, and the toppings were served with a bartender’s mixing spoon, resulting in very small portions. Once the very bubbly employee finished making my bowl, I asked for extra edamame since there was quite a lot of space left on the bowl, but I was told it would be an up-charge since she had finished making it, though the bowl was still behind the register. The toppings were fresh and tasted great, but when we got down to the rice base, we noticed it was a bit dry and hard. We asked for extra Ponzu sauce and were told that it would be a 75¢ up-charge. The owner, who was sitting at a table, said he would allow for us to get an extra serving of Ponzu sauce for free. The owner and employee were very nice, and the place was very clean and modern. However, the best word I have to describe the service is "stingy". Below are the items this restaurant up-charges for, which are not typically seen in a poke restaurant: -water (only bottled water available) -extra standard toppings -extra sauce -mango

A local gem of the Ballentyne neighborhood! The staff is great - very nice and helpful. The food is delicious. I loved the Ramen bar and the K-dogs! The restaurant is clean and welcoming. 100% recommended!!!

Poke Cafe is cute litte "cafe" lol tucked in a multi-purpose building. It's easy to miss it unless you're intentionally looking for this place. There is plenty of parking so no issues there. I ordered my meal online and picked it up. The inside of the cafe wasn't anything to remember. Few seating in some metal chairs. A basic setup that isn't uncomfortable but not cozy, either. The pricing online is on the more expensive side for a bowl; roughly $18+. The packaging was pretty good. The ingredients were indeed fresh, as mentioned on other posts. Would I recommend this place? Sadly, no if you have to travel more than 10 minutes, and that is just because of the pricing point and there being plenty of other options in between.

This is our go-to place for poke bowls. They stand out, always fresh and flavorful. It looks like they have come under new management and have added a lot of new items as well, like Korean corn dogs, Ramen, and more. It was time I reviewed them as they are consistently great. 🙌👏

The owner is incredibly nice and welcoming, the staff are sweet and helpful, I was helped by a very nice bubbly girl named Amelia and she made me the mozzarella k dog and a kimbap which was utterly amazing. I highly recommend the classic fish cake kimbap, I never have liked sushi or raw items but it is like cooked sushi ! and with the yum yum sauce and poke sauce they have it is absolutely amazing I would eat it every day. The k dog was also good more like dessert! A true street food very tasty. The atmosphere was nice with low volume music playing and the restaurant is immaculately clean.

I stopped by for a quick dinner and I was really interested in ordering the Yubu Pockets after seeing a post about it. I order the 3 set and picked salmon and crab salad. Super delicious and filling. I saw a 2 for Tuesdays deal for kimbap, so I definitely want to come back for that and a poke bowl. The service was really welcoming, nice, and friendly.
