Oh my!!! They pay attention to detail! LOVE the topping choices & extra strawberry & macaron to make it extra special. Well made, your cup is stuffed with yummy goodness. The custard especially has such light and clean flavor. Fish adds such crispy goodness. Employees are friendly & space is clean. Just perfect!

You can order and pay at your convenience, either through tap pay or by informing the cashier of your preferences. The open kitchen allows you to witness the food preparation process, with all staff wearing masks and gloves, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. The kitchen is immaculate, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, even engaging in conversations with my young daughter. The food quality is excellent, especially the delightful sweetness of the ice cream. Additionally, they are currently hiring, as indicated by the notices at the entrance. Highly recommended!

We had the fish waffle at the Korean Town in California and we liked it. We actually contact them to open here in Chandler once we found out that Ranch 99 was coming in. I am glad they opened here. I love the guava flavor and the cookies and cream. The fish waffle was really good. They use the machines that makes the soft served very creamy. Our group really liked it and we will return.

Very affordable dessert - I think my pictured item was around $6. I got the cookies and cream soft serve with this fish looking waffle filled with custard and sprinkled with fruity loops. It was different. The soft serve was some of the best I've had - it was the coldest I've had as well. It didn't melt. The fish waffle thing was delicious, the custard complimented it well - interesting combination. They have some very weird combinations you can choose from. They have free water available in little cups, which is nice, and they have a nice clean bathroom. The seating situation is ODD to say the least. It's two varying height rows facing the line with little tables available - so you can eat up on the wall with your varying height row or you can sit on the lower end of the varying height row. It was relatively busy on a Friday evening near close - the whole place was packed. I'd say give it a shot if you're in the area, the affordability factor was nice complimented by the serving portion.

My daughter and I came here for the first time today. We had ube soft serve and the fish waffles. Our fish waffles were stuffed with custard, taro, and Nutella. Everything was so good! Can't wait to try more flavors!
