My Nail Spa

Hannah is amazing when it comes to nails… they last and are beautiful!!! I have never had any issues with them staying on like I usually do. I am a cosmetologist and my hands are always in water. These are just finished by Hannah and I’m obsessed with them!! All of my girls have had their nails done by other manicurist in the salon and each of them are amazing! I love this place!! Hands down worth every penny!!!

Daisy did my nails today they were amazing. She put time and love into making sure my nails where done correctly 😉. She made sure I loved them. The owner is a great business man and he believes in putting out great customer service and quality work. Today visit was a 10/10 I will recommend.

The 1st pic is what I asked for but the others are the nails I got. I’m so disappointed I spent 80.00 on these to have my nails look like this. I had so many people recommend this nail salon to me just to be disappointed. I requested Mimi when I booked online and got a man that did mine I get he may not be good at doing art but he kept showing Mimi what I wanted and she said she could do it but at the end she never did it the guy did. I definitely won’t be back I’ll go back to my original nail tech in Shreveport. I was hoping this salon would work out since it’s right down from my home. I seen others say they acted racist so hopefully that’s not the case with me because I’m indigenous "Native American". I sure hope it wasn’t because of my weight because I am a big girl. They did my friend’s (Caucasian friends) nails perfect she had no problems just me. I wasted 80.00 on something I had to go home and spend more money to redo myself.

I did not enjoy my manicure pedicure due to the nail technicians attitude, it was hard to understand her. When I asked her to reapply polish to my toes, she had an attitude. She also left and did not inform me but I left her a tip anyway. I did not care for the setup of this place, it had a long wooden bench with a massage pad on it not like the massage chairs that I am used to. Please update your equipment and tell your work staff to be more personable and have better customer service skills.

I just moved to Bossier and found my nail spa. I went in with a cut on one of my thumbs and Mimi was so kind. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. My nails look amazing!!! Very happy with their setup and nail techniques! Happy to have found my new nail spot!!

Hannah literally never misses!!! Absolutely love this set she did on me. Not to mention- the LONGEST lasting nails every single time. Thank you!!! Y’all are the best!! 🫶🏼🩷

Anthony is wonderful, he took time to explain options and was very professional. I recommend booking with him and coming to this nail salon!
