If I could give DermDox zero stars, I would. Wait for a real dermatologist instead of going here. Horrible experience. When I first arrived, the bathroom in their "doctor’s" office was obscene. I bled during my small cyst removal, with blood dripping off my ear onto my back and all over my clothes. They did not put a gown on me before starting the surgery or tape back any hair that was in the way of removing the cyst. When they finally finished (with both the doctor and nurse covered in blood, as well as me), the doctor said, "I hope I got it all out," as they began stitching me up. I am currently having my stitches checked to make sure they are not infected, as they are still painful and swollen after five days. I received no paperwork when I left explaining post-op care, what to do if I did not feel well, or what steps to take if there were issues with the incision. I am now seeing another doctor to have my stitches checked and have also scheduled an appointment with a professional dermatologist to evaluate the cyst they "hoped" they removed completely. Looking back, I honestly could have had this procedure done in a local gas station parking lot.

Every time I visit this dermatologist, they consistently attend to me late. The only exception was when I was late myself today, and they were unable to accommodate me due to being supposedly full and the office is empty. Consequently, I will gladly transfer my medical records to another provider and seek treatment elsewhere. NB. I was willing to wait up to 2 hours in the empty waiting room.

Friendly and knowledgeable and courteous staff. This is my first visit here and I am very happy with the care given by the Brittany and staff!! I'm impressed by her knowledge and attention to detail!!! July 17 - The experience from today's second visit was similar to my initial visit. Aug 21 - Third visit. Brittany and team provided superb service today.

I highly recommend this practice! Everyone was incredibly kind and personable. My kids felt truly seen and valued throughout the visit. The doctor took the time to listen and offered thoughtful, practical suggestions. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Always very kind and helpful with my concerns and suggestions on my daily routine and skin care. Willing to change direction of my skin care if something needs improvement. I’m very happy with my results so far.

Got an appointment immediately! Staff was friendly as was Dr Spinosa. Got a good exam with plenty of explanations and answered my questions. Did my procedures in same visit as painlessly as could be. Highly recommend.

Prompt appointment. Treated well by all staff members. Doc is quick, knowledgeable, cares about patient priorities, compassionate. Highly recommended
