Dr. Soni has genuinely changed my life. From the moment I met him, I felt seen, heard, and truly cared for. I trusted him with my tummy tuck, and the results are beyond anything I could have imagined. His attention to detail, patience, and kindness made me feel safe every step of the way. This wasn’t just surgery it was a deeply personal transformation, and he treated it with so much respect and compassion. The follow up care has been exceptional. I never once felt alone or unsure. I am endlessly grateful for his skill, his heart, and the confidence he helped give back to me.

Place is a joke. I checked in, they brought me into a room, and legitimately forgot I was there. The doctor left for the night without seeing me. This was after the nurse that brought me in the room gave me two different types of nasal to sprays to numb my nose for the checkup that never happened lol. I Left work early to make the appointment. And then was late picking my kids up after. Reinforced why I don't go to the doctor much.. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Two years of bringing my son here, and we have never been seen on time - appointments routinely run hours late. As someone who works in healthcare administration, this level of disregard for patient time would be unacceptable in any professional practice. Front desk staff are dismissive when delays are questioned, treating patients as if expecting punctuality is unreasonable. Chronic poor scheduling, lack of accountability, and disrespect for patients’ time make this practice one I cannot recommend.

The woman at the front desk was nice and I didn’t have to wait long. Once the dr came in, my visit was extremely brief. I expected to have a relaxed conversation about my issues and discuss options. I felt like he treated me with disrespect. He didn’t even sit down…like he was in a rush. I feel like because I denied the nose scope from his assistant when I came in, that annoyed him. I prefer doctors who are kind, caring, patient, and thorough with their discussions. It was an intimidating and very unfriendly visit. I want to feel relaxed and comfortable in a situation where something is going to be stuck up my nose. I felt like crying when I left the office.

I had my appointment with Dr. Warner. I can’t emphasize enough how knowledgeable and obviously caring she is about her patients. She spent a lot of time with me doing a pre-exam assessment, then doing an exam, and then following up with the results. She gave me all of the pertinent information and advice and then answered all of my (many) questions completely. She’s unquestionably a great doctor and very sweet and respectful.

The allergy and asthma office here is...just ok. They're the only allergist office I've been to that doesn't offer walk-in hours for allergy shots, simply because they have too many patients. High turnover rates for nurses/techs, and very high costs unless you have exceptional insurance. I'd have to schedule appointments for the last slot before lunch or the first one after because the waiting room gets so crowded and/or full of noisy children. They don't offer evening or weekend appointments so if you work a 9-5 you'll be out of luck. Don't get me wrong, there are some genuine people here that work with a smile on their face, but overall my experience was more negative than positive.
