This was a place I felt safe at with my kids. Until my baby girl (11months) broke her femur in her leg due to (OI brittle bone diease). I went in for an x-ray for my baby. Everything was fine up until an older Caucasian lady came in to wrap my daughter leg in a split. She started off rude, came in and attempted to have me position my daughter in a way I felt was unacceptable and uncomfortable due to her disability. She offered me to rise her leg up while she wrapped it again (my daughter leg is broken!) I refused ! She got extremely upset and started to frustratedly wrap my baby’s leg and hurt me leg in the process . After I informed her to not touch my baby anymore because she was being rough with my baby and hurting her! She got extremely upset and threw the bandages to wrap my baby’s leg in the air (mind you I have my other 2 kids with me 8yr & 4yr) those bandages hit my kids as she proceeded to walk out of the room on us slamming the door! Every Carle in general in Champaign il, are places I don’t feel safe with my kids anymore. I will be continuing this with the courts since the HR department wouldn’t help me resolve the issue the way I felt it should’ve been resolved! Me and my children will have justice.

Went to a convenient care with a child. All the staffs were very friendly and fast. As soon as we checked in, they called the name. Dr. Wu came in to check on my child and he was very gentle and kind. This was the fastest and nicest convenient care experience with a child! Highly recommend.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes when they were slow. The lady upstairs front was unable to find my active insurance despite being on the phone with Christie clinic ten minutes prior and they found it np. Wouldn't recommend this place, very out of the way as well.

Convenient care sucks waited over an hour with 9 months old didn’t get medical attention. The lack of staff indicates that people don't want to work there. Can’t call it "quality medical services " but one big frustration. There should be a priority for pregnant, elderly and infants

Doctors always Reschedule. My daughter been on this ADHD medication it doesn’t work since July my daughters appointment has been rescheduled . Yall are forcing her to take this medication yall have her addicted too I’m over it and I will be finding her a new doctor

PA's and Doctors were so kind and took time to talk to me and referred to Dermatology was excellent timing. Gods timing in my diagnosis was perfect and lifesaving. Thank you 🙏

Beware Fraudulent billing practices. Basically billing twice for same service. Per billing. because Carle Hospital owns the building you can be charged for a physician visit and a hospital visit even though you did not step into the hospital setting. Unhappy about this recent finding of information. I did have good experience with the doctor I saw but will not return due to billing practices.
