My experience was great today. The staff at front desk greeted me with a smile and were so kind! Allison was the provider of my service today. She was SO personable and informative. I really enjoyed connecting with her and getting in and out with a seamless experience. We scheduled out my rebook so I will be back soon! I had a Facial at Hada by Katie, it was absolutely amazing! My skin has never felt so clean, hydrated, and smooth. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, and the staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable. I could see and feel the glow right away — my pores looked smaller and my skin felt incredibly soft. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself or give your skin a serious refresh

All I can say is BEWARE! ! I was sold a package of three halo treatments… Which are extremely expensive. Each treatment is over $1000. I was not aware that there was a time limit on when I could use these treatments. I went in for my first two within a. couple months apart, or whatever was advised by my aesthetician. I went in for my third treatment and was told my skin was too raw and I would have to come back at a later date to have my third treatment. Let me preface by saying when you get a halo treatment it’s extremely painful and downtime is at least one week. So I needed to plan accordingly and it took me a while to get back in for my third treatment. Once again you have to take a week off from basically your life. I got there today, after driving over an hour to get there and was sat down by Dr Trupin, the owner. She proceeded to explain all the extras I needed to do on my face. Needless to say, I wasn’t feeling really good about my skin after that conversation. She also informed me that she was over 70 years old and felt she looked really good because of all the treatments she’s had done on her face. When she left the room, my aesthetician asked me what brought me in that day… I told her I had made an appointment to have my third halo treatment. Her face went blank and told me I had one year to have all of my treatments completed otherwise the package I purchased was null and void. I was told that my third halo treatment had expired. I was not told that I had a limited amount of time to have my treatments When I purchased them. They said that I had signed the agreement which apparently I did however, where it was stated that I had one year to complete all my treatments. I did not initial that along with everything else on that page that was not explained. No one reviewed any contract with me when I signed it. Needless to say, I was in shock. I paid over $1000 for each treatment…. if someone would’ve explained this contract to me, I never would’ve signed it! I have never been treated like this in my life… Ever! There was not a consolation nor was there a Refund. It was basically sorry. The young office manager told me she completely understood my frustration, but there’s nothing we can do. She couldn’t understand why I was out $1000 because of the treatment that they did not perform today. It would have cost them nothing to do my halo treatment today. The aesthetician was there and ready to do the treatment and they’ve already purchased the machine. Now it has cost them a terrible review . And let me say I never give reviews because I like to look for the good in people But I had no choice to write one todayI will not go back because of the terrible customer service and how small they made me feel. I cannot recommend HADA and Dr Trupin should be ashamed of herself and her small business because it was more about her than her customers. Shockingly it is amazing to me that a small business can treat a customer like they treated me

Had a hydrofacial by Kate. Kate is very knowledgeable about the skin. Kate delivered excellent service, and professionalism. I highly recommed Kate for all your skin needs!!!!!!!

If you are looking for a highly-skilled and experienced injector who is continually seeking on-going education, look no further than Yvette Adkins. She goes above and beyond to ensure not only that her patients receive the results they desire, but that they are comfortable and have a clear understanding of what to expect. She is the absolute best in Central IL!

Absolutely love Hada! Would not trust anywhere else locally to do these services on me. Have been getting injectables, facials, and lasers here for years. Yvette, Allison and Stacy are amazing! Highly recommend.

Stacy at Hada was great to work with. I had the Cool Sculpting treatment on my chin. From the ladies at the front desk booking my appointment to my procedure with Stacy, everyone was very professional and kind. Stacy made sure I was comfortable during the treatment and checked in after. The Covid procedures are very safe and up to date. I would recommend Hada and the Cool Sculpting treatment to anyone! I am very happy with my results!
