Dr. Smith and staff are very friendly, professional in all they do. They all have a great bedside manner. The staff in front are very friendly and helpful too. I’m very satisfied with the treatments I received.

Dr. Smith's staff have been excellent so far and have a great bed side manor. they have also been very willing to work with me even on the financial side. I have absolutely no complaints since starting treatment there.

My husband and I have scheduled three appts with these people to get his legs stripped of his thrombosis. The first appt, they rescheduled as he didn't have the compression socks they insisted on selling us for $75. So we got the socks and rescheduled the appt. The second appointment, they forgot to call in his medication for sedation for his procedure. The third appt yesterday, they had it scheduled for a different time than what they emailed. I even showed them their email, and to them, it was just another 'oops'. So now, he's scheduled to have two procedures at once next Monday. So far, this place is a JOKE!!! 11-23-20 - So we go to my husbands appointment today. We were called into an office in the back. Doctor says, that because of this review she cannot treat my husband. You know, most companies, would apologize for the incompetence we were made to deal with, and done whatever they could to make it right. Handled correctly, review would have shown that they handle the issue, and all went well. Given the fact that my husbands treatment was being paid for going through Good Samaritan. I guess since the treatment was not from a paying customer, they had nothing to lose. I cried all the way home. This surgery was my husbands ticket back to work. Now what we do? The doctor should have put herself in my shoes, and NOT dismissed the poor customer service taking place. I took time off work, for all scheduled appts, and not ONE of them happened. Wow. And, NO, I'm NOT doing anything legally, and a person with any sense would realize I was angry, with good cause too. So, I do NOT recommend this place, as they are not able to be accountable for the incompetence. Cannot review the doctor as in 4 appointments we never saw her.

Everyone has been great! From the initial appointment to now beginning the procedure! Still have more work to be done but very excited ! I’m looking forward to seeing the end results! Thank you all from Kelley Griffith

Wonderful caring doctor and staff… I’ve been getting my spider veins injected monthly…. From the time I check in until I leave I’m surrounded by friendly professional people with a human touch …. Highly recommend this office

Dr Williams and the staff are all very nice. I never have to wait very long to be seen.
