The Dermatology Center, PLLC

Beautiful waiting room! The front counter workers were very nice and quick, chairs were comfy. I went in nervous, not knowing what was going to happen, and came out very happy with my experience! They are also very accommodating! I was needing a skin biopsy without knowing when my next rash would come in. At my first appointment I just happened to have one. They had no hesitation to just do the biopsy right then! The nurse was friendly. The nurse practitioner I had was very nice and efficient as well. Overall, definitely recommend going to see them! I was able to get in very quickly- which was nice since I do have a lot of doctor’s appointments!

Great professional staff. Caring and compassionate nurses. Very clean. Dr. Stites is professional, informative, and compassionate towards his patients. He takes the time to listen, even in a very busy practice won't go anywhere else.

Staff was great. Dr explained everything in an easy to understand way. I was treated very nice. Definitely recommend.

Professional, caring and excellent communication skills. The receptionists are all in a great mood and greet you with a smile! The billing clerks are very helpful with insurance and will answer all your questions. I highly recommend The Dermatology Center of Fort Smith.

I give this business 3 stars because it’s right in the middle. Bryce and her nurse, Sarah are so nice and caring and I would give them 5 stars. On the other hand, the staff at the desks gets 1 star, partly because of the " uncaring, don’t like my job" vibe I get from them. Not just today, but every time I’ve been there which has been years. Another reason is they talk amongst themselves while they are "helping" you (front desk). At the check out desk today, I approached it moments before another patient, but that patient was waited on before me. Was it because he was accompanied by an employee and that takes priority? That patient who was being checked out as I approached turned around to talk to the other patient who was taken care of before me. Bad manners, office staff. I had to leave without making my next appointment because I had to be somewhere else. Now I call this afternoon and still can’t make my appt bc the office is closed.

EVERYONE we came into contact with were VERY friendly and helpful. Dr Lewis was prompt and took time required to fully assess both my wife and me. We HIGHLY recommend the Dermatology Center.
