Exceptional Doctor Who Truly Cares! I cannot say enough great things about my doctor, Dr. Marvin Kasmikha. From the moment I walked into his office, he made me feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. He takes the time to listen to every concern, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. It’s obvious that he truly cares about his patients’ well-being, and it shows in the quality of care he provides. He goes above and beyond at every visit, and his professionalism, compassion, and dedication are unmatched. I’m incredibly grateful to have a doctor who treats his patients with such respect and kindness. Highly recommend—5 stars all the way!

took a friend for a procedure, but I was also interested in a direct comparison to my health care. HENRY FORD. as of now I would NEVER consider coming here, nor trading services. at the very least. I saw a woman that "worked" here call a older gentleman into the back. he was kind of confused, and using a walker. the woman who came to help him literaly needed her own help.. not to mention nobody could even understand her calling his name aloud.. the inside is clean. the outside is nice, and maintained. the gift shop, and pharmacy were very nice. over priced as usual. the grass isn't always greener on the other side. I feel bad for the people waiting here, as I helped several, just waiting for my friend to finish her procedure

Just had a very satisfying experience at Beaumont Orchard Lake. From the lovely Muslim woman at registration ,to the Australian radiology tech and finally the young African American male phlebotomist all were pleasant and professional. We need more DEI, not less. !! Gerald Weintraub MD. Retired Beaumont Medical Administrator and physician for 40 years. Let’s get the same quality at the Royal Oak hospital.!

Absolutely ridiculous… I showed up 10 mins late for an appointment on a rainy day and was told I need to reschedule. The lobby was completely empty and when I asked to see the Dr. multiple times I was told he was with a patient as I saw him walking around the office. No wonder this office has the lowest rating out of multiple locations. Not to mention I already had to reschedule this appointment.

It's clean, it's safe, and it's fairly updated. Everyone's individual experience will differ based on who they are seeing so I'm not reviewing that portion. The only thing that made me want to leave this review was they have 3 veteran spots right by handicapped. I always park in the back away from people anyways but it makes me feel alot better seeing these. Just used them to park for a minute and wait for my postpartum wife to come.out since the drop off was blocked with people parked in there.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews each and every time I've come here I've only had good experiences.. leaving from the moment you come through the door you're greeted with a warm hello and assistance. It's very interesting how individuals only seem to do a review when they're unhappy with services rendered but people never just do a review to let people know how well they're doing all I was saying is try it for yourself and enjoy the experience that is Beaumont the wait times are magnificent you won't get that with DMC or Henry Ford nor Saint John

I've had tests done here and a surgery...let me tell you...this place is top notch. All they do do is CARE! I've always loved Beaumont. In fact I was born in Royal Oak Beaumont in the 70"s. Very impressed with the level of care. All the staff is very nice and professional
