Cannot say enough good things about this Practice. Haley Bolles went over and above call of duty for my OWCP Work. comp. case time and again. In the broad spectrum of responses to my continued care here, DOI 1/21/2004, both here and Somersworth, never a time where I was not completely taken care. Part of WWD MGB and my care team in contrast the Pain Clinic Somersworth did not share or adapt the approach to my care and only here did the entire record get reviewed and as a result their recommendations which Dr. Joshi at Martins Point and other WWD Partners Members Way also concurred especially Medications which in Dover area are Politically tainted. My Pharmacist revealed more controversial Pain Meds. are prescribed in Portsmouth where the pharmacist worked. And so I move my care to Dover - Derry Medical. For a refreshing change the Pain center at DMC, Dr. Hsu changed my prescription to MS 15 mg., cash price $12. mo. If desired can be paid by OWCP my OPTUM card also covers DME. Just recently I was able to have Cornerstone VNA treat me at home and both Medicare Part A and OWCP covered 6 visits. On a referral from Seacoast Orthopedics. I have also seen Dr. Min Tran, Dr. Myers. Dr. Ngo Shawtuck way Newington new provider does DME in office.

The doctors and medical staff are great, but trying to speak to someone in the office is ridiculously hard. I’ve left voicemails and haven’t had them call back. It’s very frustrating. Why every medical practice doesn’t have online schedules you can check? In this day and age, PLEASE keep up with the technology available!

Everyone has been great to me the Drs the staff the nurses and the specialists, they explain things so that I can understand and they have tried different things that no one has tried in 21 years

They have the most amazing staff! They are an absolute joy to work with! The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I have gotten to know most of the staff and always look forward to visiting my friends there! Thanks for all you do!

I saw lots of ants in the bathroom. I also heard gossip and was told I could not see the doctor of my choice. Terrible business practices and a staff that wreaks of cigarettes. Enough said!
