Billings Clinic West

Billings Clinic is a teaching school. The only downside is residents never stick around and use the clinic to become doctors. I went through 6 doctors in a year, then was banned from the clinic and ER. Unfortunately, I’m equally at fault as the clinic. Smart people work here. However, if you want consistency, stability and reliability. This isn’t the right location. Use Billings Clinic as a temporary care. They will throw you away without remorse .

Long waiting periods even if you have an appointment, grumpy nurses. And everytime we check in it's a new receptionist, must be hard to work there. Billings Clinic has gone way down hill this last two years.

Christopher Johnson should of refill my prescriptions last time I saw him . But he didn't. Then I told him I was shitting blood and puss and also have a bladder fistula from cronhs disease . He gave me a water pill .but the reason for that is because he messed up on my hart pill sending me to the hospital with a blood pressure and 240/160 bpm175. Now I can't even imagine how he just doesn't quit and his elk.

I pray to god no one has to deal with Chrissy here, she is hands down the worst person I have ever ran into in Montana and the single worst I have ever had the unfortunate experience to have to share the same room and oxygen with. She should be investigated and removed as a provider. Better off at St. V's!

Doctor Gomez and Ana do a great job. Unfortunately Billings Clinic ER couldn't keep up with them. Thank you guys for everything.

Dr. Andrew Smith is such a wonderful asset to the Billings Clinic. He is extremely thorough and made me feel seen and heard. He listened to my concerns and made me feel like a valued patient. I can’t recommend him enough.

We love Billings Clinic! We see Dr. Germany for our 4 month old son and she is amazing. Very knowledgeable and understanding. She always makes you feel welcome and heard, our 4 month old even adores her, smiles at her everytime. We have had a pleasant experience everytime we visited Billings clinic from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors all great!!
