Fuller Family Medicine

Been a patient for over ten years. Then one day out of the blue I’m being "let go" as a patient. From one second to the next. Flimsy excuse of "I was late to an appointment". I’ve always been a very courteous, friendly patient. Never a bad attitude never a bad word. I brought both my husband and daughter too. We are friendly people. To me this was extremely unprofessional. I wasn’t given any courtesy of notice or actual explanation. I felt it was completely unnecessary and also gave me a lot of anxiety because I was worried about a smooth transition for my prescriptions. I had no clue they can do that. Very unprofessional, very callous, and I will gladly tell people about this. So unprofessional.

They dropped me as a patient after nearly 4 years. No warning, no notice, and no phone call. They just sent a generic letter in the mail stating they are dropping me as a patient due to "frequent no-shows/ cancellations " I did miss a recent appointment and I accepted full responsibility but before that late January appointment, I hadn’t had an appointment since November 2025. Supposedly I missed an appointment in March 2025 (I do not recall), even if that were true it has been almost a full year! Them doing this to patients is completely insensitive and wrong. Losing me has cost them to lose my entire family, I suggest taking your healthcare elsewhere. I’d like to thank Anne for all of her help over these past 4 years, she is wonderful, unfortunately I can’t say the same for my previous "doctor".

This has been an interesting year for me (to put it lightly). Fuller Family Medicine has never ceased to amaze me with their service. I have, and will continue, to recommend them. I think I've been a patient here for 10 ish years. Always great service! Thank you!

I've been a patient of Dr Fuller for quite a while now. They are always speedy, quick, and willing to ask any questions I have. They also have taken care of my children well and highly recommend them for your Primary Care provider.

I’ve been going to Fuller Family Medicine for over 5 years. Wendy is my primary. She is absolutely wonderful. She listens and hears when I have concerns and she acts accordingly! She has really put my mind at ease! I’ve come to know most of the other staff and I’m treated like family! I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Fuller Family!!

I have not been with Fuller Family Medicine for very long . For what see they very friendly , kind and very helpful with your Medical care . I know of both DR Wendy Ruggles first class. And my Primary DR. Kristy Martin. I have had a handful of different appointments with Kristy and let me tell ya. When she walks in the room every time she has this caring energy that is very comforting and a positive feeling .I knew at my very 1st appointment at Billings Clinic West that i wanted her as my primary care physician in fact my whole family sees her for their medical needs .
