Finding the office is like going through a maze. I was told by the Dr why. I like the Dr's thorough exam. I appreciated the tech spending time with me to get my history. I wish I could have been able to get online to do the paperwork. It takes a while to complete it because of my health history. The staff was very accommodating. Grateful I found them.

Called in as a new patient. They were able to get me in within like 3 days (which was great), due to a cancellation. My only complaint is that when I called, I said I wanted to get "a concerned spot" looked at. The lady set me up with a full body scan (which I didn’t need). I needed 1 simple spot looked at. Upon arrival, I went into the room.. and asked the nurse if I could ask other questions about rosacea, and a cyst. I was told we would have to reschedule the full body scan or discuss the rosacea. It was one or the other. The doctor was so sweet, and decided to take a look at my concerned spot and also discuss my rosacea. The staff scheduling appointments, should know not to schedule a patient for something they don’t need. A full body scan was completely unnecessary, when I specifically said I was worried about 1 spot. Regardless, the doctor was great! And I’m looking forward to my follow up rosacea appointment.

Dr. Landon Stigall was my physician. I was just a case. Luckily my MOHS surgery was simple. But I have worked with physicians a long time to know his demeanor was not about how simple my procedure was. He walked in. Said hello but didn’t even introduce himself. He immediately started talking to his assistant and not me to confirm lesion site. On the whiteboard on wall she was listed as nurse although she doesn’t have a nursing degree. She is a medical assistant. After the MOHS procedure he did not even come in to give results. He had her do it although it would have taken him 3 minutes tops. She verbally gave instructions not to change dressing for a week but gave written instructions to change it after 24 hours. He may be good but there are many good doctors out there. And many of them take time with their patients. I will look for a new MOHS surgeon if I need it in the future.

My experience was seamless from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Kristen, the nurse who assisted Dr. Stigall. She was calm, reassuring, and incredibly skilled, which made what could have been a stressful procedure surprisingly painless. Her attentiveness and bedside manner made a real difference.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Stigall! From the moment I walked into her office, I felt listened to and cared for. She takes the time to explain every step of the process and never rushes through appointments. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine compassion set her apart from other doctors I’ve seen.

This is like the office of Joy! Everyone from Megan at the front desk when you walk in to the nurses and providers. Professional, kind, friendly, warm, and respectful. I trust them. They were highly recommended to me and I want to pass on that high recommendation. Solid five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
