If you are considering a facial laser treatment, I highly recommend booking with Missy! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic. Missy is the definition of professional—she was extremely knowledgeable, clearly explained every step of the process, and answered all of my questions with patience. Beyond her expertise, she is genuinely kind and has an exceptional bedside manner. I was a little nervous going in, but Missy immediately made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. She checked in on me frequently throughout the treatment to ensure I was doing well. I walked out of the clinic feeling thrilled, and I truly love the results of my treatment. Thank you, Missy, for making this such a positive experience!

Sharyn was wonderful! I have seen her twice for a skin issue I was having, pre cancerous possible dark spots and she froze those off, and for Botox! I am very happy with her and the way she makes you feel like you are the only patient she has at the moment. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!

It’s impossible to schedule a visit on the website, why are their options to choose from until you get to the end and it says the appointment was taken? But then you refresh the screen and ITS STILL THERE as an option. Absolute joke. And then I sent a request to be contacted and lo and behold they don’t bother reaching out. I work in a dental office and we would never treat a potential patient the way they treat theirs. Disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and find another office.

Extremely disappointing experience at MI Skin Center in Northville. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time—something that’s happened every time I’ve visited (three times total). Once I was finally seen, I was moved between two different rooms, only to be told that Missy couldn't perform the treatment I was scheduled for. I was then informed by the office manager that I had booked my appointment incorrectly, even though I followed the process as instructed. The staff seemed disorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating and a waste of time. It’s clear this office is consistently overbooked and not respectful of patients’ time. I will not be returning.

Sheryn the nurse practitioner is wonderful. I really like working with her and she really knows what she is doing. She is ready to talk to and ask questions and it's easy to see she loves her work and working g with patients. I also got both shots for my "eleven s" last week, and I barely felt anything. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kartono and her staff are fantastic! Very friendly and personable, they put me at ease from the first visit. They worked together as a team and were very thorough and professional. They were very helpful in addressing my individual needs. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff, kind, caring, and professional. They also know their stuff. The only reasons I keep going back. 😁
