Dr Kartono is an exceptional doctor. I could never thank her enough for the way she shares her knowledge, her patience, and the kind way she has always treated me. Because of her, the condition I lived with for 10 plus years was gone in 2 months. I think she loves what she does and makes me feel like she truly wants the best for me. I send my heartfelt thanks to Dr K and her great staff for all their help.

Dr. Kartono and Jamie are both fantastic. I value their knowledge, their capabilities and I trust them explicitly to make the right decision with my health. This past week I visited at short notice due to experiencing my first, and hopefully last, hive outbreak while in South Carolina. After urgent Care and ER visits while traveling, one visit and a single medication stopped the re-occurring night time attacks. Test results are awaited, but I have total faith in a solid diagnosis being delivered. I highly recommend MiSkin Center..

I can confidently say that Dr. Kartono is truly exceptional. She’s an attentive and caring Doctor who always knows the right course of action. Congratulations on opening your new office space . Kudos to the staff.

Made an appointment for a skin check. Received a confirmation. Called the office to confirm again, to be safe. Secured a babysitter. Went to the office. Waited in the waiting room. Sat in the exam room (naked) for thirty minutes past my appointment time to be greeted by an office manager informing me to pay a past due balance (that I had no prior knowledge of) or leave. I offered to pay a portion and they declined, indicating I would need to pay in full. I have no problem paying, however, I was unaware I even had a balance! I was NOT prepared to pay on the spot. I would imagine I’m not the only human on the planet who has had some sort of billing issue. To bring it up when I’m naked and ask me to leave? There were THREE opportunities to mention this PRIOR to me sitting NAKED in an exam room. I hope this humiliation does not happen to anyone else! Disgusted.

Dr Kartono was wonderful with my elderly mother! She explained her procedure and worked with great skill. The office was very clean and well run. I definitely recommend her for dermatology!

There is a waiting time every time you come in, in the waiting room and the exam room. Expect an hour wait. The physician spends a lot of time explaining technical terms. Would I recommend? Not really.
