From the first phone call to schedule my appointment until I walked out the door from said appointment, it was a good experience. Friendly, helpful staff! I saw Nicole Madera and received excellent care. She’s knowledgeable and took care of a concern with a great "bedside manner!" I highly recommend All Dermatology. I’ve found my dermatologist!!

Very nice office and employees. Appt was too quick for me. I really didn’t want the biopsy that was done wanted to watch for awhile since the previous one was neg. But felt I didn’t have a choice. Biopsy results were negative. Also the medications ordered could have been explained better. The price of the meds was very high and the tube of cream could have been smaller. Not all elderly people are able to afford $300 for one med.

Very satisfied with my first visit with Dr. K. McClure. I feel she was very thorough yet not rushed. I appreciate her "thinking forward" in my treatment. Great listener and very attentive. She and her assistant "Randi" worked well together in taking care of my issues.

I had a good experience as a first time patient, seeing PA Courtney Cahill. Pleasant staff and short wait time. PA Cahill was pleasant and knowledgeable. Being a snowbird away from home I was grateful to have quick access to care which was provided by this facility. I did find the amount of online new patient forms daunting, but I am not overly proficient with technology. Other than that, I would not hesitate to return to this practice.

Better to avoid this office if your insurance requires a referral. My grandmother goes here under Medicare and they’ve always treated her well. My son also went here with no issues. BUT my husband—who has the exact same plan as my son—was referred to them back in May. I called after the referral went through, and they told me they needed to "clarify" something and would call me back. They never did. Fast-forward to early November, the referral is about to expire and I call. Suddenly they say, "We can make an appointment, but the referral is going to time out." I asked why they never called me back and they claimed the referral "didn’t have a number on it." Which makes zero sense… because I called them! So I had the doctor send a brand-new referral. Now they’re claiming they can’t find that one either. I called UMR directly and they verified it’s already APPROVED, but this office is insisting it’s a "request for information." At this point I’m done. I go back to the doctor in two days and will be asking for the referral to be sent somewhere more competent, because this is ridiculous. I will be removing my son out of their care as well. Dont have refferals sent here if you have UMR.

My wife had a procedure done last week and the medical staff was very professional and they kept her informed of the work done. It was done quickly and efficiently with little to no pain. She said she would go back without no hesitation. A very good medical practice and staff is excellent.

I am a new patient and very impressed with Nicole. She is an excellent physician. If there is something on your skin, she will find it, and treat it. Thanks to the office staff too. No long wait times and very friendly.
