Front and back office employees are very friendly and helpful. I had to have three biopsies done. They explained it all. I had no pain in and out of the office no problems. Would highly recommend this place.

The staff and the doctor were very friendly. I really appreciated Dr Mehta's personality. He wasn't pushy at all i.e. like a car salesman, but very professional and informative. I will recommend him and his staff to others.

The office is attractive and the staff is all friendly and professional. Doctor has prescribed a new(to me) medication which eliminates the need for any further periodic liquid nitrogen medication applications. Currently, I have started periodic shot applications which could substantially reduce psoriasis symptoms.

I felt pressured in regards to medication options. I have had psoriasis/Eczema for years and I know the the options. I know all the options. Steroid help control my symptoms and that's all I wanted was refills. Dr. persisted in the shots (skyrizi). He never asked " how do you feel about going on these shots" or "what are your thoughts". In other words he said we will start you on these shots and we will have you do blood work and then have the shipment company mail you the shots (skyrizi). I was NEVER okay with this. At the time of the appointment, I had my 3 children and had to fill out the paperwork to look to see which company my insurance would accept. I just filled out the paper, but in that instant I already knew I was not coming back. Second, my breast has eczema and he gave me an ointment and left it as is. I went to another dermatologist that actually informed me this could be confused with Paget's disease (cancer) if symptoms do not improve. WHICH THEY haven't IMPROVED with the ointment he prescribed. I now received medication shipment in the mail that I will not be using. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

While I liked the Botox treatment I had in the past, I couldn’t get past the dehumanization of scheduling, snail mail texting, and having to put in my birth date over and over for detached/dehumanized Klarna. Of all the offices I called, I recommend Goodman dermatology: charming, friendly and honest: human receptionist, office manager, assistant and the doctor met my needs. As you can see from the response, the owner saw nothing specific to improve from my review. No one’s listening, even generic in human responses.

I was treated both courteously and professionally by all the staff I came in contact with. I was called back a couple minutes prior to actual appointment time. All the procedures done today were explained, probable treatment plan going foreward wee covered and all my questions were answered. I would recommend this practice to my family.

Terrible first impression! The front office staff were so stone faced and not welcoming at all. Then the worst part was the doctor that I had. She walked in like a drill sergeant. Very very aggressive. No bedside manner at all. Talking a million miles a minute, and being very judgmental. I came in for help with my acne and acne scars and felt like I was being scolded by a Drill Sergeant! And pressured into buying an expensive face cream that they sell😡! Mind you copays are not cheap so we’re paying you to receive good service, not be treated like a peasant or less than. Such a bizarre bizarre experience. But that seems to be the trend with businesses here in Surprise. Definitely will not be coming back. Waist of time and money. Now I have to find a new dermatologist. But I’d rather keep looking and find somewhere where I’m appreciated, than deal with a place that treats you poorly.
