All of the staff I have encountered are friendly, warm and professional. I have been seeing Brandie for the last couple of years and she consistently provides excellent care!

I have been going here for years and the service seems to get worse. I never see Dr. Kraken any more. The staff keeps aking me to fill out a form, and I believe this is the third time in two years. All they need to do is ask if any thing has changed. I have been loyal here for years but dont think patients should be made to do the staff's paper work over and over. My wife had to do this two times in a row. One time I end even voluntered to pay for another patient's bill when he said he didn't have the funds at this time. After hearing about this, the Dr. did step up and pay the bill. My point is that loyal patients should be appreciated. I am now looking for a different dermatologist.

His office appointments and insurance staff is OUT SOURCED to another country. I expect this when i'm calling large corporations and companies with offices that are outside martin county, florida. If I could give the ZERO stars I would have. WHY NOT HIRE LOCAL??? That's my problem with it Dr. KRATHEN!!!!

My experiences with Dr. Krathen are always handled professionally, regardless of the procedure. The entire staff is helpful, efficient, and friendly. Sometimes, I have to wait a bit longer than I would prefer, but because the Dr. is so competent, it is understandable....... i have recommended Dr. Krathen to many of my friends and I have always been completely satisfied.

I have been a patient of Dr. Krathen for several years now and I have always felt cared for and treated well both by the doctor and his staff. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming and the nurses and PA's are professional and friendly as well. Dr. Krathen takes the time to answer questions and is thorough and efficient.

Very professional and friendly staff. Very thorough exam. Takes biopsies no pain. Explains how to take of the biopsy site. Calls with results. Awesome dermatologist. Very pleased with this doctor and staff. I recommend Dr. Krathen and staff to all friends and family. He has more than 1 office and Accommodates everyone.

Staff is great. Doctor seemed to be annoyed by my questions and i felt very rushed. Hope the PA will be better on my follow up. Definitely no interest in seeing Dr. Krathen again. Too bad because every else was great.
