I have seen Dr. Eric Olsen for over 27 years, since removal of basal cell carcinoma. EVERY year he remembers both my patient history and me as a person. He has always been personable, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient and effective. The office is clean, warm, and welcoming. Great medical office!

I am a medical doctor (anesthesiologist), developed a simple rosacea. Wanted a second opinion on treatment, and was referred to this office by my primary MD. I called them in February 2025, and the only appointment I could get was in August 2025 (!). When I was booking appointment, I kindly asked to move me up if there are cancelations. We'll, it's August, and they never called me back. I canceled my appointment, I've been treating my rosacea on my own. Conclusion. These doctors think they are more important than their patients.

I love how fast they contact you after getting the referral. All the staff is so knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer to your question they find it out and get back to you so fast. The Dr.s are so gentle and take their time to explain everything. I called around to other dermatologist offices and most of them have about the same wait time. So after my appointment Evergreen is so worth the wait.

I just had my first visit at this office since my old dermatologist is retiring, and I have to say, it was fantastic! Dr. Cook was wonderful—she had such a warm bedside manner and truly seemed to care about me. The medical assistant was super friendly and really thorough, making sure I felt comfortable and received everything I needed. The only thing I’d mention is that the office was a bit on the warm side, I would estimate it to be around 80° in there, but it didn't take away from the great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dermatologist!
