The doctor had a lot of experience and accurately diagnosed and prescribed treatment for the patient. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful.

Doctor Bruce Park was so amazing and helpful all the times we have seen him! It is so hard to find doctors that actually care to help and show empathy the way he does! We have been to so many specialist due to my husband’s health issues and I will say he has been one of our top favorites! Thank you for all your care and help!

I don't know if the doctor is good or bad, however, I definitely can say they overbooked the appointments, because waiting time is always very long. Staffs are too busy to get the call and/or return the appropriate response. My daughter visited 3 weeks ago, but she couldn't get the medication yet. She has usual teens' acne problem, but the doctor prescribed a special medicine to a special pharmacy, and I don't know why it's necessary. We didn't get it, and I had to follow 4 pharmacies to find out what's going on. Staffs asked us what's the medicine name, and we don't know as we never got the prescription. Many problems, and many calls to the doctor's office and lots of waiting and wasting time, it's still not resolved, or we don't even know when it will be or if it will be.

9:45 promised time got there on time and door was still locked. No one was waiting in the lobby and employee had to come to door to unlock it. Which means I was the first patient for the visit. Well guess what 45 minutes wait and no doctor. I literally had to walk out to find nurse and she told me another 15 minutes waiting for doctor who has no patient before me. NEVER sign up with this doctor and find another one. He doesn't value patient's time and his other reviews are all saying same experience. I called my primary care physician and changed to another dermatologist same day.

Dr. Park has been my dermatologist for the past 20 years or more. He has treated my two daughters in the past when they had severe acne during pre-adolescent and adolescent years. He has been kind, professional and knowledgeable all these years. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone. He does not recommend unnecessary treatments & he is honest with any risk & benefits of any treatments and/or procedures. Thank you Dr. Park and all his medical staff for all that you do.

The staff is very friendly! But Terrible doctor! This doctor doesn't seem to have any intention of treating the patient and gets irritated by any questions asked. In my opinion, he seems to find everything bothersome because there are too many patients Don't waste your time and money!

Staff were all nice and organized, the doctor was GREAT to say the least. He was attentive and funny and prescribed topical ointment that worked miracles in 2 days. He helped me solve a riddle that I had for 6 weeks. Can't be happier
