Dr. Deborah Longwill, DO, FAOCD

I’m honestly shocked at how disorganized and misleading this office is. I came in thinking I was finally starting my treatment tomorrow. I did all the forms, waited forever for my last appointment with Dr. Longwill, and was never told that I hadn’t even seen the actual doctor. Turns out the person I met with was just the nurse practitioner, and no one bothered to explain that I would still need a separate appointment with Dr. Longwill for approval. Now I’m being told I can’t start treatment until next year, all because of their complete lack of communication. I wasted my time, did all the paperwork, and sat through long wait times… for absolutely nothing. The whole process feels like a bait-and-switch: you make an appointment with the doctor and they shuffle you to someone else without telling you, then act surprised when you're confused. If this is how they handle basic scheduling and patient communication, I honestly don’t feel confident trusting them with something as serious as this treatment. Extremely disappointing experience. I’m switching offices because this was a total waste of time.

I found it by searching in internet due to an uncomfortable skin lesion that had made me feel insecure. The experience was very good from the staff in the reception 👏 and in the room the assistant and Doctor Ashley Rudnick was just great. I am just starting my treatment but she give me hope and for that thanks 😊

Horrible experience!!! I had an appointment to check an incision. It should be a 5 min appointment. I heard in the waiting room the doctor was running 1 hour late. I asked the front if that was true they said "no, I was next in a room." I ended up waiting 1.5 hours and seeing another practitioner.i spent less than 5 min with the practitioner. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I do not think I will ever go back to the office

Every time I travel to Miami from New Jersey, I visit this wonderful place where I always feel beautiful and have radiant skin. Thank you to Milena for her warm welcome, thank you to Gaby for her professionalism, and many thanks to Dr. Jason Santos for his great work and patience. Highly recommended.

In addition to her expert care, Dr. Longwill's esthetician team is dynamite! Maria makes sure you are taken care of and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. She even calls in advance of your arrival to make sure any questions you have are answered in advance. Adriana is a blessing- she is so knowledgable, great at her profession, and genuinely cares for your skin health. She has my trust. Dr. Longwill has a great team!

Horrible parking, horrible customer service, they lack empathy for patients and are extremely disorganized. They do not know how to manage the iPledge program and make patients run circles around the city chasing a pharmacy, they never take accountability for the paperwork they must complete with the State and do nothing to educate their patients on the process. Patients end up frustrated with no meds and no treatment. A complete mess of an operation. Stay away.

Jason and Alexia are absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend this Dermatology team. They kept me informed and completely comfortable during my procedure.
